Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 53great room for the money
I was on the 14th floor overlooking S. SLC. I had a sleep number bed, ergonomic office chair and recliner. Clean upscale hotel, especially for the money that I paid. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was within walking distance to the Gateway Mall shopping. Restaurant was expensive but there is a JB's 1 block away. I would love to stay here again.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 53Outstanding Hotel
I absolutely loved the Radisson In Salt Lake. The bed was probably the best part of the room, I could have slept in all day. The people there were very friendly and helpful. I also loved the fact that the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were all open until midnight. I will definitely be returning.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 53Double Billed
I was double billed. I was billed by Hotels.com and The Radisson. When I called hotels.com I got put in a continuous loop with no resolution. They only do reservations, not customer service. I then called the Radisosn and had to leave a message. I finally received a call back a week later and told they would credit it back. I hope it comes…

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 53LOVED this hotel!
My room at the Radisson downtown was wonderful! It was very clean and the hotel was so convenient to the Convention Center that I will never stay at another hotel in downtown Salt Lake again. When I asked for a recommendation for dinner at the restaurant, my waiter suggested a meal that was so extraordinary I couldn't didn't want to stop eating even though I was full! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone & can't wait to stay there next August!

Trip Type: Business Review 9 of 53Green "eco-friendly" hotel
I was pleasantly pleased that recycling containers were in each room and that efficient bulbs were in every socket. Free internet and controllable air beds were a huge benefit as well. Parking beneath the hotel was easily accessible with 24/7 staffed entry. It's located on a main corridor with easy driving to key locations.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 53Nice stay but parking was not free.
Hotel was very nice and bed was very comfortabel. Maids changed my beds each day and filled with other compliments like water, etc. Location was very convenient for me, it was walking distance to Temple Square. So it was great to stay. However, parking WAS NOT FREE. I thought parking for the guests was free according from the comments I read...?? Moreover, there was a wedding reception was going that particular weekend when I stayed. Even though you have a parking card to get in and out, there was no space to park. That was bad. However, overall, it was nice to stay. I wish the parking were free...

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 53Comfort Great - Parking Poor
I received the value I expected. The sleep number beds are wonderful and lead to a good nights rest. Very quiet. Great view. We had to pay $10 parking per night. That should have came with the hotel - many other hotels down town provide free parking. I don't know why I didn't catch that when I made the reservation. I don't think I would return to this hotel due to the parking charge.
