Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 55Consistant Quality
This is our 5th or 6th multi-day stay in the last 9 months. Every time the service is top notch, bed is so very comfortable, very clean room with flat screen TV and great toiletries. The breakfast is the best around!

Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 55great room for the money
Nice room, loved the crown in the room. The pool was nice to have and we enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morn. one less thing we had to worry about. The staff was more than willing to get us some milk for our baby late at night and that was very helpful. We will stay here again the next time in the area.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 55Please buy new mattresses!!!!
We were really very happy with our stay, the only flaw---the mattresses were disgusting and box springs totally falling apart. The hotel needs to invest in some new ones!!

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 55Great hotel for the money
We liked the location of the hotel and all the amenties, like breakfast included in the rate, a pool, good neighborhood. There was coffee availabe 24 hours a day and cookies in the afternoon.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 55Good for the price
My only real complaint was the overall condition of the room. The room was clean but needed some obvious repairs. Paint (or at least a good wall washing), dry wall repair, and mildew removal. The furniture was mismatched and the table was apparently cobbled together using a different base and top. The service was great, the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast was really good especially the extended time they allowed. You didn't have to be up at the crack of dawn to get a hot breakfast. For the price and it wasn't like we spent a lot of time in our room anyway, it was a good deal.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 55Pleasantly suprised
I was initially worried about finding the place and what it would be like when we got there. The directions that I got off the site were right on and the hotel was great. The room had a very large flat screen TV and very comfortable beds. The best part by far was the breakfast in the morning. I am still raving about that. Sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy. I told my kids, "Get ready to be embarassed kids." It was delicious. Very easy to get back on the interstate.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 55Should not be a 3 star hotel...terrible staff, and dirty room
The CONS: This hotel was NOT what we expected, even for the price. First of all, it is not a 3 star hotel. I would not even give it a two. The pool was freezing, and the staff ran out of pool towels! Our room was freezing, and my son had gotten sick and thrown up on the bedding, so we asked for more. They told us that they didn't have the key for the extra bedding closet! How ridiculous is that?!? My 11 month old son had to stay awake until we could wash his bedding in the one washer and dryer that they had, and THEN he could sleep with a blanket! The staff was very rude, and not helpful at all. The bed in our room was filthy. The mattress had a huge brown stain all down the side of it, and the blankets (the little that we had) had holes. It was gross. The toilet made a LOUD noise for about 5 minutes after flushing. The whole room was dirty, and we were quite unhappy with it, and the hotel staff in general. The PROS: The continental breakfast was quite good, and the laundry (one washer and dryer) were complimentary. Other than that, the hotel was not up to par. Would not recommend, and will not stay again.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 55Best Hotel Deal Ever Encountered
It seems that everything at this hotel comes with the package: free wireless internet, free use of laundry including detergent, the most complete free breakfast I have encountered at a hotel, new 32inch LCD TV, spacious rooms, 24hr coffee/tea and ice water/iced tea in the lobby (good coffee and cookies in the afternoon. Nice clean pool. People at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Hotel is about 1/2 mile from commuter train to downtown. Hotel convenient to restaurants and shopping. This is by far the best hotel deal I have EVER encountered.
