Great place to stay

This hotel offered a very comfortable environment. It was a bit older but very clean and had an exceptionally pleasant staff.

Great Customer Service!

Great and friendly staff that attended several of our needs. I brought my family of 6 and they went out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed. Great staff!

Good stay

24 hour pool was nice and convenient. The breakfast included was a bonus. Hotel was clean. Free cookies in the evening was also a plus :)

Great for the money we paid

This hotel met our expectations as far as the room went, but it exceeded them with breakfast and amenities. The staff was adequate and helpful, and the hotel was easy to locate.

Good price, nice to have breakfast included

This was a good place to stay, for the price. I was a little concerned about the cleanliness of the bathroom (mold or dirt on the tile grout in the shower), but the rest of it was fine. Having breakfast included in the price was definitely a plus for this hotel; it was a full buffet breakfast, which allowed us a great start to our morning.

I would Return and try again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Only one exception. The toilet was plugged before we used it and running very very slow. We asked for a plunger, but it was worthless and rolled inside out every time you tried it. After using the toilet, it's too embarrassing to call them to the room and they didn't offer further help. It almost ruined a great stay.

Great place to stay!!

We have stayed here several times. The location is VERY good for anything you plan in Salt Lake City! The beds on the 1st floor are really FIRM, so if you like softer beds, get an upper floor room. GREAT value, good breakfast included as well! Pool is good size for the kids.

Good Location

Was well centered in the Salt Lake valley,easy access off of freeway,and served a darn good free breakfast. Could use a few better TV stations though.
