A very nice place to stay

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I have no complaints.

great hotel at a great price

Hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped and rooms are large and very clean. It is just off Disney property which makes it very convenient to all attractions within just a few minutes. I strongly recommend this hotel which is an outstanding value offering high quality accomodations.

Great experience

What I love was the option the used the shuttle bus to Epcot. The bus on schedule nice drivers. Thank You

Decent hotel

Upsides: Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast was good. The shuttle bus to Disney was a definite perk. Downsides: The room seemed a little old, and the walls were thin, you could hear every time someone on your hall slammed their door. Overall, though, it was good, I would stay there again.

Excellent Hotel, Shuttle is Erratic

We were incredibly pleased with our stay at the Courtyard. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, even after a long shift. Our only complaint was that the shuttle to Disney only went to each park every two hours, and only returned to the hotel from Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios until about 7 pm, even though the parks were open until 8 or later.

Amazing For The Price

The location of the hotel was amazing for the price. The furthest Disney park was less that fifteen minutes away and about two minutes away were other hotels we had researched that had prices that almost doubled what we paid. Truly a fantastic deal.

needs improvement

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAY. I HAD RESERVED A ROOM WITH A KING SIZED BED AND A BALCONY, OF WHICH I GOT NEITHER. IF THEY GAVE ME A ROOM WITH A KING BED THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $20 EXTRA DOLLARS. THE SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKEN SO WE COULD NOT TAKE SHOWERS. AND THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING WAS THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. I ASKED WHO MADE THEM AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD E-MAIL ME AND I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM YET. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN, BUT I FEEL I COULD OF GOT A COMPARABILE ROOM FOR MUCH LESS THAN WHAT I PAID.

OK-but probably would have chosen something else now

I thought we would get points through our Marriott rewards program, but was disappointed to learn that they do not offer that when you book through hotels.com Overall, was fine. They did have computer access in the lobby, which was nice. Also, coffee was available free of charge 24/7. The room was adequate but seemed small. Staff, especially cleaning staff, was very nice. And, we were able to get a mini fridge in our room. When I read another review I thought they were in all rooms, but found out they were not. I called the front desk, and they told me that if one was available it would be brought to the room, and they did.

Good for weekend getaway

I was overall pleased with the hotel. Front desk was very nice and the hotel was clean. I only wish there would have been a jacuzzi.

Great location

I think the hotel was very nice. It was in a great location we went to downtown Disney and a Disney park it took us least then 5minutes I would definitely stay here again

Great room for the money

We had a fabulous stay. It exceeded our expectations and Hotels.com gave us a great rate.
