Chase Suite Hotel Tampa

Recommended for a large family

Pleasant experience. Courteous staff and large room. Older kitchen and a little dated. The beds were not great, but it is a great place to use as "base camp" for the money. A nice continental breakfast and centrally located, less than 20 min. to everything

Needs Improvement

We stayed in the Chase hotel for one night. Overall condition of the hotel was OK. Hotel is located near old Tampa bay and it is near all the major highways. The appliances in the kitchen were very old. We were happy about the suite until we found a roach in the kitchen. Next time we will think twice before booking a reservation for this hotel.

Good Deal

The staff was friendly, the hotel was outdated, our room leaked when it rained, but they were prompt at giving us a a new room.

great place for a great price

We stayed at the Chase Suite for 5 nights on our anual "girls only" trip. The hotel is a little dated but has all the comforts of home(except no blender for our blended drinks) and was very roomy. We particularly liked the 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom unit as there were 4 of us and you know 4 women getting ready with 1 bathroom is not a good thing. The location is great....convenient to Busch Gardens or the beaches. Also has groceries and shopping w/in 15 minutes from hotel. The breakfast was OK and had plenty of variety to choose from. I really enjoyed the make your own waffles! Overall we had a great time and would definately choose this hotel if returning to Tampa.

Great room for the money.

The rooms were clean. The first room we got was warm because of A/C problems but they accomadated us in another room wich was clean as well. I would defenitely stay there again.

Definitely Worth It

I was planning a small bachelor party so I purchased a 2-bedroom suite and was very pleased with the layout. Even w/ a few guests, there was plenty space for all. The full kitchen was a definite plus as the use of a full-size frig & stove help reduce the overall cost of the trip (used groceries instead of going out the eat). The room was clean & the kitchen had most utensils. The view from the deck/dock is nice but nicer at night as you feel like you are on the coast. The staff was excellent, items where left behind & they called me to let me know so i could return to get it... Even though it was slightly more than we wanted to spend, it was definitely worth it...Good Times.

Great Location for the Money

Hotel definitely needs updating but overall provided the experience that we were expecting. Our stay was over the Memorial Day holiday weekend with the hotel filled to capacity and having a difficult time keeping up with demand for linens, towels, maintenance, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast provided was nice. The location is very good and conveniently positioned with a restaurant within walking distance and other attractions a short drive away. Not a four star hotel, but I would stay again if I was in the area.

NICE HOTEL

WE HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE AND BOTH TIMES THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND VERY COMFORTIBLE. WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND THE HOTEL.

Great Room for the Money

Older property but extremely clean and well maintained. Have already started recommending to friends and co workers who travel to that area.

love the location

I love staying here. Close to airport, good food, only a few miles from the beach. Price has gotten a bit higher. Only complaint this stay - paid for internet and then connection was bad. Think it should be free wi-fi. I love the convenience of the kitchen .... the work station was nice too.
