Chase Suite Hotel Tampa

Comfortable, homey, great deal!

Stayed 3 nights here. Breakfast was good. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Shuttle was a great benefit. I would recommend this Hotel.

My kids enjoyed the stay! Due to it being an up and down stair's! I wouold stat there again! I did stay there just last weekend!

Well worth it

Our first experience with Tampa was greatly enhanced by this stay. Family of four, including a very demanding three year old. Good quality for the price, conveniently located to allow a good visit of the surrounding sights, shopping, dining and other very good offerings for the visitor. The entire family recommends

it was comfortable, bed was great. the sofa was dirty and the appliances were very dated. We enjoyed breakfast and our stay !

bring your fishing poles, great place for the family. Stayed there many times, great experience everytime.

Outstanding Hotel

Awesome 2 bedroom suite feels like home an apartment, me and my wife and 2 other friends stood here for the night to go to the Dallas Vs Tampa game on Sunday. Not only was this hotel awesome it was full of Dallas Cowboys fans. The beds were pillow top and super comfortable, I wish we couldve stayed longer, and I hope they keep up the place is excellent condition. Right on the bay what an awesome room full kitchen flat screen tv. This is my new go to hotel in Tampa, for the price it cannot be beat. Especially if you have a large family.

Would stay here again

The two bedroom suite was more like a 2 bedroom condo. According to the front desk staff, all 2BR suites are on the second floor which was a little inconvenient with luggage, but not a big problem. Our suite consisted of two stories - BR, bathroom, kitchen, living room on 1st floor. BR & bathroom upstairs. The staff was very friendly and extremely accomodating. Full of smiles. The room itself was not dirty, but it had definately seen better days. Fabric on chairs was stained, carpet was well worn, silverware looked like it had been chewed on. However, there was a new flat screen TV in the living room, TV's in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms had kingsized beds and full bathrooms with clean sheets, fresh towels, and a real home-like feeling. long story short, I'd definately stay here again.

Beautiful - But that is the only nice thing to say......

Surrounding area and hotel room was very nice. Bed was very hard.... husband and I could not sleep well on it and both woke up unrested and with back pain. Booked a room with queen and pull out sofa. Had to go to 3 different rooms in the rain before they got it right. Remote batteries did not work and the front office could care less. Finally sent maintenace over with batteries. The continental breakfast = well - the large stack of styrofoam plates had muddy dirt all over 3/4 of them. So did the stack of napkins next to them. The area for the coffee supplies had dirt and ants. But other than these things the hotel was very pretty and had a nice set up. Easy access and nice area. All of this is pretty sad being the boast about their wonderful sheets and plush mattresses. Could have gotten over the restif the bed would have at least been nice.

Outstanding Hotel

The hotel staff was very friendly!! It is in a great location! The rooms were clean and the maid service was great. The rooms were kept clean. they had a great breakfast. Was close to all attractions. Wll diffinetly stay here again!

Summary of Chaise Suite Hotel Pros Nice clean pool. Convenient location between Tampa - Clearwater Complimentary breakfast was nice including fruit, continental items and Belgian waffels with toppings. Nice room 2 King size beds 1 in loft other in separate bedroom. 2 full size bedrooms. Cons Room was dusty Room was hot and took a long time to cool. Room did not have a view of surrounding lake whereas many others did.
