Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 17needs improvement
I needed an extra days stay so i spoke to the manager about it. He said no problem i paid the extra day that they wanted. When i was at work the next day my daughter called me that they wanted to kick her out, they stated we didn’t pay the extra night. I tried to explain to him I was working, I was given one hour to find the receipt or my daughter would be on the street. Well i had to leave work early (which means money) and when i got there the attendant was rude. Insisted that i did not pay, i showed my receipts and all he said was O well ok then my bad. Not even an apology. I had to ask for an apology to get one. Needless to say, I will not stay there any more. I think they need to beef up on there paper work or at the least hire a competent person that knows how to treat people and run there computers.

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 17Clean, Comfortable, & Cute
The staff was exceedingly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and both breakfast and happy hour are included! I stay here every year when I have business in both St. Pete and Tampa. Would be great for families, too, since the rooms have kitchens and there's a pool and small basketball court. Conveniently located next to Bahama Breeze, which is a decent restaurant.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 17Did not expect this for the price I paid!
I found Chase Suites, a hotel I had never heard of before, through Hotels.com. Others in the area were more expensive and since I was mentally prepared for an "ok" hotel experience for the best/cheapest price I went ahead and took a risk. This is by far the biggest room I have ever stayed in. 2 levels, two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a living room, a large counter in the kitchen for work, meals, meetings...whatever. And as if that wasn't enough, I was feet from the pool and a 45 second walk to the bay. Full breakfast included as well. Service was great. Free shuttle to hot spots in Tampa. I simply can't say enough about this place.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 17Good Value
I got a rate about $20 less than standard hotel rooms in the area. And for that price it was a studio apartment with full kitchen instead of just a room. They also throw in a free breakfast. It's an older hotel but clean and well kept. They first gave me a room in a building right next to the water. It smelled a little musty but they switched me to another building as soon as I asked. That one was fine. There was a real fireplace in the unit, but being summer in Florida I couldn't justify trying it.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 17Comfortable and Homey
We felt so at home. The suite was decorated more like a home than a hotel room. The granite kitchen was fully equiped with anything you might need if you wanted to cook. We loved the room. Pool area small. Service was wonderful. Hotel is close to the airport. We would stay again if in Tampa.

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 17Good deal
Hotel was centrally located if you are going to Tampa areas and also Clearwater and St. Pete. About 1/2 hour to anywhere. The Bayshore/Soho area is wonderful as is Ybor city. Bed was not comfortable. Room was clean. Flat screen TV. Granite countertops. Appliances were outdated, but worked fine. Pool area is kinda small.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 17Nice
The room was actually more than I expected it to be. I only had one night to stay due to an un-appreciative boss. It was my birthday the following day and If I had my way I would have stayed 3-4 more days. I t was a true blessing and a pleasure to be able to stay in this wonderful place.

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 17A pleasant place
The room was comfortable, and very clean. The staff very friendly and responded to every request immediately. There were no bugs that i saw, and my room was quite. I had a nice view and a comfortable office layout for the business needs. I recommend this as a great business hotel, not luxurious but very comfortable.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. It was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Great value for the money.
