Service and courtesy in all areas was outstanding. Personnel could not have been nicer! Really enjoyed my stay.

Great Hotel

Probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Nice Hotel

Nice Hotel. Very Easy to find off of the Interstate. The Hotel is a little older but they are in the process of renovating it. The Staff was very helpful and I would Definately consider staying there again

Price is not worth the inconvience

The hotel is decorated nice and beds are comfy. The hotel charges you for internet use per day and daily parking. I drove in for a convention that was going on Fri- Mon and wish I had stayed at my usually hotel in Buckhead. Things that annoyed me was the parking, some of the front desk staff had major attitudes and waiting for a bell boy. All and all I think the hotel price was way to high and had too many inconviences.

Great Hotel

Clean, nice, great location right off of 85.

Needs Slight Improvement

For the most part, the hotel was good. The staff was very helpful and friendly- it did take them over an hour to bring us a corkscrew from room service, but that was the only negative regarding them. The hotel building itself, however needs work. The elevators were VERY creaky and worrisome sounding. The phones in our room went completely out on our last day. Everytime we put our room key into one of the card key readers, it wouldn't read the card (open the door or gate) until the third try. I would recommend the hotel with a warning.

Not What We Expected

Self Parking was not include in the room and was not disclosed at checkin. You had to walk by the cars entering the parking garage to get into the hotel. The location was not impressive. The breakfast in the dinning room was VERY overpriced. Just not a good experience.

Rough Start but Things Improved

The first guy I spoke with to check us in was extremely rude. All he said was "drivers license" and then "elevators to the left" and this was mumbled without ever looking at me directly. After being in the room for an hour waiting on our luggage I had to run downstairs to assist others in our party with check-in...and there sat our luggage...the only one. So, after assisting others in my party I went to push the cart up to our room on my own and was scolded by an employee who was hanging out in the corner. I told him we have been waiting over an hour and that we all needed showers and to change. Then and only then did he ask what room we were in and 10 min. later our luggage arrived. The rooms were nice...not a great view from our room...but overall the condition was nice. The bathrooms are small.

Great Room if You are doing Something Close

The hotel lobby was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are small but you can only do so much to update a small hotel. The location was close to an event we were attending. I booked the hotel over others because it had a shuttle. When I requested the shuttle, I was told "if anything's available", when it was available, the guy told me I might as well walk to mile in downtown Atlanta at 7 and walk back at 1am. I did walk but I thought they should have offered since I did pay for the service. Other than that, it was really a nice place to stay.

Definitely not worth the price

I usually stay in Westin hotels because of the service and cleanliness. They were booked, so I settled for the Sheraton. What a mistake. This could be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in for the money that was spent. The hotel at best is two star charging 4 star prices. I don't mind paying extra when its worth it, and this hotel was a disaster. There are many hotels in the area that are better quality for less money. If you want a luxury hotel, don't stay here.

Needs Improvement

I was extremely surprized by the overall run-down state of this hotel once you got past the main entrance. Rooms were MUCH smaller than advertised; furniture was very run down, our phone didn't work, and the T.V. shorted out a few minutes after being turned on. Outside our room, the hallways were very grimy, and aged. In fact, there everything about this hotel was very aged except for the front entrance. The only plus side was the staff who seemed pretty friendly. To sum things up, for the price, this hotel is a rip-off.
