They will nickel-and-dime you!!!

We got a good deal for this type of hotel. We didn't realize, however, that when you actually got there, you had to pay $20 to park unless you wanted to park for free down the block or do valet. And, after you park, you have to literally walk about a quarter mile to get to your room...no exaggeration, along the path that the cars enter. It was incredibly difficult to find our room; the guest services never told us how to find our room. We were disappointed that there was no complimentary internet in our rooms and that we had to go to the second floor to use the computer center. The internet charge was $9.95 and we refused to pay that, especially since the hotels we stayed in earlier in our vacation had free wi-fi. We considered ordering breakfast, but that was out of the question after we saw that just cereal and milk alone was over $8. We learned our lesson to never book this type of hotel again. We'll gladly stick with the Country Inn and Suites that we visited earlier.

Cleaniness of the room

Under the beds were coke bottles and lubericant bottles. The carpet was not very clean as well. WiFi service should be free.

Good deal for downtown location

We needed to be close to Turner Field for the Atlanta marathon, and this was a good deal. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy. Parking outside is easier than parking in the deck (turn left, not right). This was the second time we've stayed there, and we'll probably stay there again next year.

Great Location, Very Good Service, Needs Some Updating

Overall was pleased with the service, location, staff, and Club Room. The guest rooms could use some updating.

Parking is a Ripoff

Hotel is nice and accomodating. The main thing that ticked me off was the fact that they surprised me when I was leaving with a Parking Fee that was extremely high. If you walk there you will be OK.
