There is a hilarious Christmas themed hotel across the street, but once you get past that Garden Hotel is quite nice! It was spacious and clean and quiet. The shuttle was a nice convenience. My only complaint was the bed...hard as a rock. But maybe that's just how the Japanese roll...

quite a roomy and nice hotel!

The hotel is located not far away from Narita airport and Narita city. This hotel is very American space-wise! That is a GREAT thing, concidering the fact that hotels in Japan are usually the size of a closet. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfy; the tea was available in the room; the hotel provides free shuttles to NRT airport, Aeon Mall, as well as Narita Station. DO pick up a copy of a shuttle schedule at the front desk, because you sure will need to know when does the last bus leave to the hotel! :D The only downside of it was - 1 bus 3 hotels once per hour! It was VERY FULL ALL the time!

Outstanding Hotel

Excellent buy. Located in a quiet area. Some distance from Tokyo which presents a problem.
