Great for an overnight stay

Clean and close to DFW airport. Perfect for an overnight stay. Free airport shuttle. Only negitive ... no nearby resturants for dining. So if you don't have a car for the evening you are limited to a hamburger joint in a nearby gas station.

Four Star Accommodations for a Two Star Price

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport as well as its willingness to accommodate my small pet. My expectations were not high. I was blown away by the spaciousness of the room, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, and the pleasant area provided for pet needs. I became hooked on La Quinta then and there. Since then I have recommended this chain to all and no one has been disappointed. Unfortunately for me they are not always in the areas I visit....yet

Very accomodating

We were so impressed with this hotel. First of all the price was very reasonable and the room was great. What surprised me the most was how accomodating all the employees were with the requests we had. They were friendly, and the services (such as driving us to the mall)were done with a smile.

Great location; outstanding hotel.

The La Quinta Inn and Suites Dallas D/FW Airport North was an unexpected delightful hotel. It's very convenient to DFW, and the accommodations were exceptional for the price. The people were friendly and helpful, and I would highly recommend it, especially if you have a flight to catch the next day. However, I would avoid the Shell Stations for fuel. They are not convenient nor are they very pleasant.

Small beds, but great staff.

I called to get the shuttle after arriving. Once we got to the hotel, the room was ready and all the paperwork had been done. The desk clerk gave me my key and it was off to bed in less than a minute! The beds were VERY small. Twins I guess. The shuttle to the airport starts at 8:00am, so if you have an early flight, like we did... get ready to run to your gate!

Great room for the money

Excellent breakfast provided; everyone was really nice. The only thing that wasn't great (but not really that bad, either) was the highway noise. Probably a room on the inside didn't have as much noise.

This hotel exceeded every expectation I had. I could not ask for anything more from the hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great - even served earlier than advertised, the room and lobby were clean and in good repair, and travel to and from the location of our dance competition took us less than 2 minutes. Are all La Quinta hotels like this? If so, I'm booked! To the hotel chain: Would you consider providing a small refrigerator in the rooms. For me, that would make the stay perfect.
