Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 21Disappointing
This was out second stay at the Radisson, which is convenient to downtown attractions and restaurants, and good value for money, and has comfortable beds. We were sorely disappointed, though. On the minor side, the shaving mirror in the bathroom wasn't working, and the TV in the fitness center had a terrible picture. More importantly, the first night we were awakened at 2:00 a.m. to noisy neighbors yelling in the hallway and pounding on doors. When we got back to our room at 5:00 the second afternoon, it still hadn't been cleaned. The front desk was snippy when I complained. I don't think we'll be back for a third stay.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 21DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
The gentleman (and I use that term sarcastically) informed us that the TV remote did not work. I said, 'Oh, that's not good' laughingly. I expected him to change our room or offer some sort of solution. His response - 'I said the remote doesn't work, but your TV does. You can STILL watch TV!' He acted as though I should have been thrilled that at least the TV worked. And, who doesn't want to travel over 5 hrs and get to their room so they can get up to channels and volume manually?! Then, we went to our room I had a question about a service that should have been included, but wasn't, and he was so rude I ended up yelling at him. I was so tired and sick of his attitude. So, with his hateful and rude behavior and the fact that the Sleep Number bed didn't work I would RUN away from this place.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 21Super-humid, no fan in bathroom
The place was 3 star except it was ridiculous to have no fan in the bathroom considering the humidity in Cleveland. We had to leave the door open to the hallway to air out our room after taking a shower. The ironing board was also a stained piece of crap too. If you can get past those two things the location is great and you can walk to some great restaurants on west 9th and tower city, but I would probably stay somewhere else unless you get a killer deal.

Trip Type: Family Review 5 of 21Great room for the money
Staff was very helpful, room was more than adequate. The hotel was well within walking distance of what I wanted to see. The only negative thing was the price of the breakfast in the hotel, thought it was too high for what you received.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 21Excellent hotel and great location
Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Right downtown. Could walk to everything - baseball game (right across the street), restruants (all kinds and all within walking distance. Also, walked to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 21Great hotel
This hotel is amazingly convenient to everything downtown. A 3 minute walk to the Indiana ballpark, a 15 minute walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and a 20 minute walk to the Browns stadium. Great restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself was a great bargain and it had a terrific breakfast buffet. Definitely stay here!

Trip Type: Family Review 14 of 21Outstanding Value
We wee in town for 2 days to see an Indians game. We were very pleased with the location in regards to the field, but were amazed at our ability to see so much of the downtown area(which is beautiful), all with in a short walk.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 21conveniant location but limited parking options
wonderful location for any event, parking can be difficult unless you choose to use the valet parking which can cause a delay in getting your vehicle as they are parked so far away and the volume of guests that must use the valet parking due to limitations of public parking.
