Bad Service

The front desk clerk when I checked in was difficult to interact with and not customer friendly. This could have been a better experience with better customer care and cleaner rooms. I found a lot of hair in the bathroom and the coffee maker on the back of the toilet a little off-putting. Also the first room we were put into faced a brick wall, which was not disclosed during check-in and no options were given for the types of rooms available to us.

Loved the Room Except the Water Pressure

The room was spacious, the bed was great and it was exceptionally clean. We loved everything about the hotel except for the water pressure...We were late checking out because it took us so long to shower.

great location

great location, close to the major venues. it worked well to drive in from out of town, have some dinner, see a show, and stay overnight, all within 3 blocks.

non-smoking

my husband and i booked a smoking room. when we checked in we were informed the entire hotel was non-smoking. other than that, it was a nice place.

Convience of Hotel location

I have stayed at this hotel three times when visiting Cleveland, and have been satisfied. The location has been excellent for the reason that I was in Cleveland. It is within walking distance to Hard Rock Cafe', and a short drive to The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It's right across the street from Progressive Field (I am a huge Indians fan) and is also right across the street from Quickens Loans Arena, if you are a basketball or concert fan. My only complaint was the sleep number bed did not work on my latest stay. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory. The gentleman working the breakfast room, was quite social. I would recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Cleveland.

Great Hotel

The accommodations were wonderful and the staff was so helpful and kind. I would absolutely go there again
