Trip Type: Not Provided Review 1 of 96Great Location
We chose this hotel because it is right across the street from Quicken Loans Arena where we were attending the Springsteen concert. Also many great restaurants within walking distance. Valet parking made it even more convenient. The room was quiet and very comfortable. All in all, a great experience.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 3 of 96How convenient
Great location for Cleveland Indians games and the basketball team too. Many bars and restaurants in the area within walking distance. Parking is a joke. Front desk is semi-unfriendly. The valet parking team was outstanding, however.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 4 of 96Great room for the money
My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. We especially enjoyed the sleep number beds. We were seeing a concert that night at the "Q" so the location couldn't have been better. We would definitely stay at the Radisson again and will recommend it to anyone looking for a nice room in Cleveland.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 96Got a good price, but Sleep Number beds are terrible
I had to go to Cleveland for a friend's wedding. I booked a couple of months ahead of time on Hotels.com and got a great rate for the weekend, which I was very happy about. The hotel location is "downtown", but there is not much around other than a little block of bars/restaurants on 4th St. nearby. Our room was relatively clean other than a bunch of mosquitoes that were smashed into the ceiling in one area. We complained to the front desk. They offered switching our room, but we'd already unpacked. They said they'd send someone up to clean the ceiling, but that never happened. Lastly, the Sleep Number beds were awful! Not particularly the Radisson's fault - I've stayed in other hotel chains with the same bed and they've always been extremely uncomfortable. No matter what setting you use for your bed, it generally feels like you're sleeping on a futon. I didn't get any sleep the entire weekend. I will never stay at a hotel with Sleep Number beds again!

The view out of the room was horrible, into another building but the location you could not beat. We went to an Indians game and it is one block from the stadium. There is plenty to eat in the neighborhood and overnight parking across the street was only $9.00. The fitness center was not good, equipment did not work very well as well as the TV's not working.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 8 of 96Location - Location - Location!!
My husband and I decided to stay over night after an Indians game...we LOVED the convenience of the hotel to the ball park, as well as to other amenities of downtown Cleveland. The hotel was nice...very comfortable beds!!! We enjoyed the valet service that the hotel offered as well. The only thing that I can say as a negative was that the bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner! (and there was no fan in the bathroom!!) Great place to stay when visiting the city!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 9 of 96Needs Work
Extremely comfortable room and bed, reasonable rate, and walking distance to Lake Erie. Hotel food was awful, and unfortunately the surrounding area, while containing beautiful architecture, has very few open restaurants within walking distance. Service varied widely from very kind and helpful to downright rude when it came to dealing with an unannounced concert / celebration about 150 feet from my window. It was okay for the brief two-day visit, but would not return.

Location of hotel was great. The cleanliness was great. The staff was great. The sleep number beds were terrible, you couldn't judge the numbers, they were loud, unresponsive and uncomfortable.
