Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 32Room Service was still frozen
Room service brought a club sandwich that was still frozen and really gave me a hard time when I didn't want another or pay for the frozen one. Front desk staff wasn't very happy about providing walking instructions either. I had to beg the valet to park my car!

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 32Okay hotel, great location
When I arrived at the Radisson, I was given a room that didn't lock. I didn't realize this until right before I left the room. They weren't able to fix the door because the mechanic wasn't in. I had to switch rooms, which took a little bit. The location of the hotel is great. It's right across the street from the stadium and near a street with a few trendy bars and restaurants.

Trip Type: Business Review 3 of 32Food was terrible and air conditioning kept me up all night.
I chose this location based on the fact it was a Radisson hotel. My turkey club from Room Service was still frozen. The air conditioner made so much noise I couldn't sleep. There was no regular coffee left in the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 32Great Hotel for the price
To be in the middle of down town and not pay for a Hyatt just to get a place to sleep - If you are oh business travel in Cleveland, this is a great value.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 32Great hotel
Great hotel and I got a great price. However there are a few things you should be aware of, check in is on the late side, at 4:00 PM. They provide a small, empty fridge for you to use but there don't appear to be any grocery stores in the area. I had the do not disturb sign on my door and housekeeping still knocked on my door at 8:00 AM on a Saturday. I told them not to come in, and they came back two hours later and knocked again. They do allow you to call the frontdesk and cancel housekeeping for the duration of your stay though. After I called they didn't come back for the rest of my stay. I would definitely stay here again though as it was near pretty much every place I had to go to on my trip.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 32Great Location
This hotel is right in the heart of downtown and for the most part very clean. The problems I had was mold on both shower curtains and problems with the toilet flushing. Also when the AC in the room above us was on our window (the top part) rattles - loud. The modem on the house computer was also out of order for the three nights I stayed there. Great location to see a game but the police close the streets blocking you from entering the hotel with a car when the games get out. (I was stuck for 1/2 hour) I would recommend it but not for full price.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 32TV set must be upgraded
The analog TV set was in the chest with big chest doors on both sides. It does not make a good impression at all. The doors are in the way of viewing. It must simply be upgraded!

Great access for MAC tournament and the games at the Quicken Arena. Valet parking very useful and accomodating.

Trip Type: Business Review 12 of 32Very nice hotel to spent one night
I needed to spend one night in Cleveland because of my audition for a music college. I chose "The Radisson Hotel Cleveland Gateway" and I made a right decision. This is a very clean, quite, and comfortable hotel. I had a room with those "special" beds... I don't really know why they are there (haha), but it was kinda fun. Whatever. I liked that hotel very much, but it wasn't cheap. So if you need to spend just one night in Cleveland, then "The Radisson Hotel Cleveland Gateway" is what you need!:)

Trip Type: Business Review 13 of 32Nice enough
This hotel was just like every other Radisson, in that it was nice enough for a business trip. The only exception was that parking was $18 per day, and this was not revealed until my check-in.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 32OUTSTANDING LOCATION
WE CHOSE THIS HOTEL BECAUSE OF THE LOCATION. WE WERE GOING TO THE CAVS GAME AND IT WORKED OUT GREAT, ONE BLOCK TO A LOCAL BAR, TWO BLOCKS TO THE ARENA, TWO MORE BLOCKS TO A BAR AFTER THE GAME. GREAT LOCATION!!
