Going to the Dogs

Great Customer Service by Front Desk Staff. However, the hotel should limit the amount of pets it will allow to stay in the hotel per night. I counted at least 10 dogs of all sizes during my 1 night stay. I was on the 3rd floor and one dog was barking at 2:30AM. In addition, the sheets on the bed were dingy. The sheets should have been replaced with a new set.

Our choice of hotel was booked, so Hotels.com suggested this one. What a wonderful surprise. Hotel appeared fairly new. Very quiet, only a short walk to the beach. Clean, clean, clean. Wonderful experience.

Needs Improvement

If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. The AC unit in the room was extremly loud every time the air came on. Also, the beds were not comfortable. We had no rest for the next day!

"Needs Improvement"

We were very disappointed with the room and felt like the whole hotel needed cleaning! I was surprised and we actually checked out and only stayed the first night there! The hotel is fine if you are only going to get in late and sleep there and leave. We, however, have a child and did not feel it was suitable for her to play with her toys and run around the room based on the cleanliness. The hotel needs a major re-do!

Pet Friendly

It was a fine accommodation for the money. It did not have many amenities, but it was fairly clean, comfy and accepted pets. We would stay again if we had our pet with us.

Rooms were recently remodeled

The room we stayed in was recently remodeled, hallways and elevators were a little worn down but overall stay was well worth the price, friendly staff, close to a lot of resturaunts and shopping.

Great for the money!

I have stayed at this hotel before. This time was just as good as the others. I really like staying at this hotel because for one thing they allow dogs. Also the rooms are very clean. The price is not bad, especially for the location. The is always wonderful. I really don't have any complaints. I definitely plan on staying here again.
