Very easy check-in, comfortable room, nice and clean hotel overall, very professional and helpful staff, convenient location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would definitely stay here again!

Best deal in DOWNTOWN Seattle

This was a great deal for the money. Great downtown locatation, very luxurious and clean. This hotel offers everything you could ask for.

Great Downtown Location

My stay at the Sheraton Downtown Seattle was very enjoyable. Easy access to the Pike Place Market, ferry services, commuter services, shopping, and lots, and lots of fine dining experiences. My only negative about the stay was garage parking not being included in the price of my stay - all day and overnight parking was expensive. Hotel parking should be part of the package for staying at the hotel.

Outstanding Local

Stayed the weekend here on the 20th floor. It was a nice view and the surrounding area was great. It is very close to the Market and also many of the neighborhoods. Most within walking distance. The internet area is always jammed. There are only 5 pc's to log onto and I had some difficulty logging on. They had to reboot the servers that allowed us to log in. I had heard they have full on offices to use somewhere on the 2nd floor but I could not located them. There was a huge convention going on though so I was shooed away. The exercise area was recently remodled and it's VERY nice. plenty of machines and weights... A very nice variety of apparatus to use. The adjacent pool and hot tub were also very nice and all provide a stunning, top floor, view of the city.

Valet

My overall stay at the hotel was great but the fact that I had to pay $39 every 24hrs for valet. I wasn't to happy about that.The fee should be included with the price of the room.

Nice hotel in the best city

No frills checking in; great location in downtown Seattle; staff was friendly, accommodating and efficient; room was brand new and spotless; valet staff was very helpful and friendly.

The carpet was dirty and stained my socks and the sink was clogged.

the only problem with thie hotel is that it is soooooo busy at check in and check out, really long lines but the staff very nice

Cold in Seattle

I paid extra for a delux room, which meant it would have a view, however, it was a view to the street at the 15th floor. The room was cold and I needed more towels, however, the service desk did not answer after midnight. Finally, when I made the reservation off hotels.com, there was no mention of the $40 parking fee and I was not about to spend time driving around trying to find a more affordable lot within walking distance - especially over night.
