Pets are allowed in this hotel. There were howling dogs next to us. When we complained, we had to pack up and move...not the dogs. I would not recommend this hotel and I am a dog lover!

The hotel is close to shopping, the monorail (by which you can be transported to the space needle for only $2 each way) and the Aiporter is a great and cost effective means of transportation to the airport that picks up right in front of the hotel ($22 per person, half of what a taxi costs). The public bus downtown is free and you can walk to Pikes Market. The hotel was very clean and quiet. Wish we chould have stayed longer (only there one night).

We booked the room well in advance taking advantage of a promotional deal from Hotels.com. The discount saved us a bundle and everything at Sheraton Seattle met our expections.

Got to Hotel @ 11:30 pm, the original room had a very foul oder, so we called the front desk and they told us to come down and they would change rooms. Upgraded us to a suite which was very nice. Will be back to stay again.

The Sheraton Seattle was in a very convenient location near Pikes Market and the Monorail to the Space Needle. The staff was very accommodating and ready to assist you with any need. We felt the location was safe and a good value for the money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the downtown Seattle area.

The check-in clerk did an excellent job of listening and determining what we needed. Then she provided a creative solution to meet our needs without it costing any more. We had a great stay!

There was a bunch of long hair in the bathtub when I put the children in for their bath. The pool was small and very cold... even the boys did not want to stay in. They came out shivering in less than 5 minutes. 4 ft was the most shollow part...not set up for children at all
