Great Location

Within walking distance to all downtown shopping and attractions. Good location but a bit pricey though expected.

perfect seattle hotel

easy walk to pike market and in center of shopping district. restaurants nearby. parking is expensive, but it is in the middle of a big city, so that's to be expected. comfy, clean room. would def choose this hotel again next time i visit seattle.

Excellent price for what you get!!!

This is the second time we have stayed in this location and were pleased both times with the service and quality of the room.

The rooms were nice and the view was great. Little pricey! We did have a problem with scheduling and they were not real nice about changing dates, but did do it.

Convenient locaction but need service improvement

I have to say this hotel is situated in a very convenient location. Everything is in walking distance, or there is free metro to ride. As a four star hotel, the service is not really up to par as I expected. Sometimes they forgot to bring new towel. Other than that, everything else is good.

Great location - very busy hotel

We chose this hotel because of the great location in downtown Seattle. The room was very nice, with a great view. My only complaint is that the hotel was so busy. We normally prefer smaller hotels. Because this is a larger hotel, there was a huge line at the check-in counter. For some reason, the clerk had difficulty finding our reservation in their system.

just ok

stayed for two nights in pike tower. room could use some updating/modernizing. bathroom was small, shower was a little moldy around tiles. water pressure was poor. wasn't really looking to spend too much time in the room, so it suited our needs.

OutStanding Hotel

This was a nice Sheraton, but I liked the Sheraton in Santiago, Chili more. They had nicer furniture and bathrooms twice the size. But I was happy with the Room Service and the Car Valet Service. And the room in general.
