Great Room for the Money

I got a cheap hotel room because we needed it just to sleep in it and go Universal Studios. The hotel is really close to the parks. It has a breakfast place across the street. the bed was clean and comfy. AND it has a pool & Jacuzzi witch was GREAT!!! i would DEFINITELY stay here again and will recommend it to others.

get what you pay for

Best rate per night I found during a special event time. Located past the first toll booth on 528. The hot tub worked but barely. Internet is available, but apparently only if you have windows xp, not vista. Breakfast was lacking. Waffle House across street.

Overall a good hotel

The stay was good. The room was clean with plenty of space. The desk with room enough for my laptop was nice. The only negative was the bathtub was slippery. My husband fell while sitting down in the tub to soak his sore legs and hit his head on the back of the tub. He contacted the office and housekeeping brought a bathmat towel to place inside the tub. Overall we are satisfied with our stay.

Perfect hotel by the airport

We stayed here for one night because our flight left at 6:30am the next morning. We took a cab for $15.00 which was arranged by hotel. Their shuttle does not start until 8:00am. It took less than 10 minutes to get to airport. Beds were hard, pool was nice, room was clean.

not so good!

it was our last 2 days of vacation an my daughter was coloring on the floor and some type of insect bit her on her bum. they upgraded the room but that didn't help the hives that she broke out with an kept us in the room for the rest of the time! or the allergic reaction that she had that sent her home from school the next day after returning , and that we didn't get to go to sea world! all they could do is just agree with me that that shouldn't of happened and she looked terrible. i just didn't feel that they did all that they could for a 3yr old and 6yr old ruined vacation!!

Poor customer service

I found aout at midnight that my flight was cancelled and I would not be able to make my reservation. As soon as I found out I called the hotel and let them know. I understand cancellation policies but the hotel did nothing to help me out and told me "that's just how it works"

Fair for the money

The bathroom was the only room we had cleanliness issues with but that is the most important room. The beds were very soft, not good if you have a bad back. Good value for the money. The pool was great.

Not nice enough for the price

This hotel is not expensive, so I didn't expect world class, but it even fell below my low expectations of it. The beds are hard as a rock and have terrible cheap linens. There was a bug in the room and it is not well lit, therefore I was scared to let even an 18 year old girl walk by herself down to the lobby. The staff was friendly though. Breakfast was not good.
