We reserved a room with a king bed and we received two queens (also a disabled access room. The person at the front desk had no intrest in accomodating us. The view outside the room was a wall, not a big deal. Hotel tv did not work well, not that big of a deal. The location of our room was located down the hall from the family pool area and seemed to be a loud walkway for a majority of the hotel early in the morning. The room was fairly clean. The shower backed up and I stood in 6 inches of water in the tub. I will not be staying there again.

needs improvement

Asked for non-smoking room and room and entire hallway smelled like smoke. So did most of the other hallways I visited. Bathroom shower also had mold growing inside.

Harrahs Waterfront Tower - Awesome

This is now one of my new favorite hotels. The Bay & Water towers are beautiful. The new pool is so relaxing and very fun at night when open! Don't miss it!

Fabulous Hotel

This is our second time staying at Harrah's Casino and we loved it! The Marina Tower is beautiful and the room was spacious and comfy!
