Needs lots of Improvements

No free breakfast-not even coffee or juice Breakfast for 1 was $15.99 Roaches in room not taken care of during my stay of 4 days-reported on 2nd day of stay @ 8:00 AM. Treated to a childish dissertation of the 3 D's (disney doesn't discount) when I asked. No shuttle service from or to the hotel from the airport Great pool w/slide Teriffic excercise room

Great hotel for a seminar.

I enjoyed the stay at this Hotel due to the friendlyness of the staff and the comfortable room and surroundings.

Great room for the money

The hotel is well maintained and comfortable with a wide variety of eating choices at the hotel and surrounding area. Easily accesible to all of Orlando's attractions. I do wish they had more pool space however. The pool area runs out of seats rather quickly in the early afternoons after the conventions get out and visitors come back to relax from their touring attractions.

Great Hotel

Beautiful pool area. Fulfilled several of my request even though they do not usually do what I asked. Constantly maintaining pool and grounds area.

Great room for the money

I visited this hotel because of a conference held from April 5 to 9. It is a Nice Hotel and would like to go with my family. I need a nice package for my family for atleast 4-5 days during the coming summer. I am sure you guys would provide that. I am going from Wichita, KS. Thanks,

Recently renovated

The hotel was clean, close to Disney, and recently renovated. There appeared to be all new bedding, etc. and the furnishings looked like they had all been updated. Only problem was the shelf for the soap fell down in the shower for no reason. The room was divided into two areas that were seperated by the bathroom (private bedroom and seperate living area). One room/area had a sofa bed, refrigerator, and microwave while the other had 2 beds. Both rooms had large flat screen TV's. It was a great price and good location especially if traveling with kids.
