Hotel Le Soleil

Great experience

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Le Soleil. It is very clean and comfortable with a nice mix of traditional and modern features; a young and polite staff; and a convenient location to Robson St., the convention center, and other easy-to-reach-on-foot attractions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Location

Great loaction in Downtown Vancouver. Everything is in close proximity to either catch a cab, bus or the Granville Island aquabus. Great downtown area with lots of life.

Beautiful, great customer service

We picked this hotel on Hotels.com because it had the best combination of good ratings and price (at least for the weekend we were there). We were really impressed with the hotel. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms clean and well maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, including helping us find restaurants, identify tours, navigate, and otherwise meet our needs. This hotel definitely helped make our stay in Vancouver an enjoyable one.

Great Location, Wonderful Accomodations

We love this hotel. It is within walking distance of Robson Street, the Waterfront, Gastown and Stanley Park. It's also only a couple of blocks from the Art Museum and a SkyTrain station. The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable with the bedroom separate from a sitting room. We loved staying there and would love to stay there again.

Great Find In the Heart of the City

Recently I stayed at Hotel Soleil for 6 days. During the whole stay the staff was extremelly helpful. Every time I cam in and out of the lobby they were truly interested in my day. They offerred great advice as to where to go in order to eat, explore and what areas to avoid. The valets were very prompt and never made me feel pressured to provide a tip every time they brought me my car. The hotel was smack dab in the middle of everyhting. A few blocks from Robson and only 3 blocks from Canada Place. I found out 4 days into my trip that you can access Pacific Centre with only a short 2 block walk. In the future, this will be a big plus. The biggest benefit was that with it was easy to exit the hotel and get onto the main road (Grainville St.). I felt very safe and would go back in a heart beat. The only downside is that they do not have thier own gym but a 2 block walk brings you to the water where you can run along the seawall. Special thanks to Patrick at the front desk and Mike the valet. Both were friendly and always available to help

Nice clean and good location

The location is great. Just a few blocks from Canada place and the Ocean and the surrounding area was fine as well. Wireless internet available - note that they change the password every week so just ask the front desk how to get on. They had *TWO* large flatscreen tvs in the queen bed room: one in the main living room and one in the bedroom.

Outstanding - needs a little love

Overall WONDERFUL, some furniture needs some attention, but we will stay there again and a wonderful staff and location.

A Wonderful Hotel

The hotel was excellent. Being there over New Years I thought it would feel more crowded but it was very comfortable and the staff was great. The food was really well done and again the staff treated me and my wife as if they'd known us a long time. I didn't like my room in the back of the hotel with the usual noices from the back alley ringing loud and clear in the morning. But overall we had a wonderful time and if we get another chance we'll go back and ask for a front side room.

Beautiful Hotel, Wonderful Stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Le Soleil, the room was beautiful, and the service was fantastic. The valet parking was resonable and very convenient. When we plan our next trip we will be staying here again!
