Outstanding Hotel

We chose The Hyatt Place Dallas because we were hoping for the exact same experience as the Hyatt Place in Arlington. We were not disappointed. LOVE the consistency in quality. Awesome place for family.

Excellent experience

Stayed once again at the Hyatt Place Dallas/Park Central. Had such a good experience the first time I stayed once again. Still as good as the first time and teh staff as always extremely pleasant and helpful.

Very comfortable

The romm was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Was concerned about the quiet as it is next to Central Expressway, but did not hear any road noise! Was a very relaxing stay.

Great room... great price!

This was an exccellent hotel for the price. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds are great! There is a coffee maker with real cups! No plastic! Overall experience was good.

Great Location, Modern but Comfortable Accomodations

This hotel is located close to everything via highway with a great price and new remodeled rooms. Great stay and free internet.

New, Fresh, and Relaxing for the prices

We loved that they accommodated our questions about places to eat & assistance with shuttles and taxi service. We also loved the apples in the lobby every day! The rooms are very modern and nice. The complimentary bfast was above average with fresh cut up fruit and made-to-order choices also.

GREAT room for the money!

The inexpensive rate had me sceptical about the "quality" of this hotel. I was surprised at the professionalism of the hotel staff, the classiness of the hotel, and that the overall stay was amazing. I would for sure recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through this area!

Wonderful service!

This hotel was an excellent value for the price we paid. Parking was convenient, the complimentary breakfast was a good start to the day and all of the staff went out of their way to help us with recommendations of places to eat and directions to attractions.

Beautiful suite style rooms

The hotel room has a very upscale feel and decor. Granite counters, built in shelving, loveseat with ottoman, desk and bar area all make you feel like you are at home. The bed was especially comfortable and I enjoyed the large flat screen TV. I was dissapointed in the 24/7 food availabilty that is listed in their amenities. This is not entirely true. They say you can just use the Kiosk and have access to a variety of hot meal items. It was "not available" the 3 times I tried it during my stay.
