Great room! Very large and nice. My family and I will be staying at the Hyatt on future trips from now on.

What a surprise!

We were familiar with this hotel as we had stayed there before when it was Amerisuites. BUT what a transformation! It used to have a yucky department of transportation parking lot in front, and that has thankfully been changed a bit. At least it looks a little bit neater. the service road has been completed so it's even easier to get in and out of. The accomodations were brand new and the staff was so friendly and helpful. It ws nice to have access to the computers to check email as our laptop crashed when we arrived. The rooms were clean and the decor modern. I would have liked to have had coffee mugs instead of foam cups for coffee. There are only 2 elevators so you do have to wait. Breakfast was good and you can order additional items for a small charge.Limited bar and snacks available. We're staying there again!

Good hotel

Tha staff is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good, the pool was good. My family really enjoyed staying there especially my 5 year old.

Great location, price and comfort

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The check in and out was quick. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Hotel!

Service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. Great continental breakfast daily. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. My only complaint..no music on the TV so bring your own CD player, computer, etc.

Excellent Hotel

Bathrooms were a little small but overall was a very nice place to stay. The staff was excellent.

Ice and bucket

The ice machine was located on another floor and the ice bucket was not cleaned and the top came apart and we had to reassemble it. The hotel staff was very cordial and accomodating.

Great room for the money

The hotel was a very nice hotel and in a decent neighberhood. The hotel was very easy to get to. The breakfast is offered with the stay but does not offer a wide variety. If in Dallas again I would stay in this hotel again.

Outstandig Value!

We were very happy with this hotel. The rooms are well planned and thought out, clean,comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The foldout sofa bed was not very comfortable (few are!), but our kids took turns just sleeping on the couch, which was fine. The pool was a little small, but adequate.

Great room for the money

Hotel was very nice and employees were very helpful. Only problem was we booked a room that was to have a queen size pullout couch. 1st room we received had a full size pull out couch that could not be full extended without moving a desk and chair (the room was small). 1st room was located behind the elevators which most likely caused the issue. Had to request a different room which was bigger and had the queen size pullout couch like is in the hotel photos. Other then needing to change the room, hotel is great for the money and hotel staff was very friendly.

Perfect 10!

The reason for the stay was for a vacation with family. The rooms were awesome, clean, cozy and comfortable. Were actually going back in a month and will choose that hotel over any other. Great central location and nice atmoshpere. Would reccomend to anyone.

Loved the Hotel

My family and I loved the hotel. It was clean and quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay at this hotel again!
