Hotel ZaZa

Was fun, but with drawbacks

The hotel was beautiful, the atmosphere stunning and hip. The room was comfortable and very big. The only drawback was they did not have my room ready when I arrived even though it was thirty minutes after check-in time. I was told to wait twenty minutes. After thirty it still was not ready and the staff was not very apologetic and did not offer any type of upgrades. We also were supposed to have a room with two breakfast vouchers that we never received. The staff was not very friendly, but the hotel was beautiful and made up the difference.

Fun, Unique Hotel

This boutique hotel was in a great location. Its eclectic decor was fun and tasteful. The room was huge! I have recommended it to several friends visiting the Dallas area. Everyone has been pleasantly surprised!

Pleased with stay at Zaza

My husband and 2 kids (10 and 13) stayed one night at Hotel Zaza in Dallas. We had a large room with 2 double beds. We enjoyed all the space we had. We ordered dessert through room service and experienced fast and friendly service from the hotel employee. We were surprised when they brought a pint size carton of ice cream after we requested chocolate ice cream for my son. Bonus for us! Only negative thing is we had some difficulty getting the heater to turn off so it got a little warm in the room during the night.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We loved our stay at ZaZa! The room was great, comfy bed and very friendly staff.

Za Za licous

Hotel Za Za is an experience. The funky ambience transcends guests to feel as if they are guests in a rock star's mansion. The staff is most friendly and accomodating. Dragonfly's onion rings and goat cheese omlet are must orders! The beds and bedding are lush.

Every time we stay at Hotel Zaza, no matter the location, it is always a great stay!

Great Hotel

We are DFW residents who booked two rooms at this hotel to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The hotel staff was great from the minute we checked in. The front desk was enthusiastic, even when we arrived with four 16 year old girls. The housekeeping staff was congenial and helpful with linens and robes. The rooms are wonderful. There are restaurants nearby, but not many outdoor areas since it is an urban hotel. This is a very "chic" Dallas hotel right now, which could mean the staff would be arrogant and unaccomodating. Because the staff is so welcoming, my husband and I will return for occasional "getaways", and I will recommend this hotel to friends and business colleagues.

Above Expectations

The hotel was much better than expected especially since we traveled with two kids under the age of 11. Rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and provided top notch service. Only downside was the music played late and the walls were somewhat thin, which might be great for singles or couples but not families with younger children. Overall the hotel was fabulous, and we cannot wait to return.
