Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 103Stayed before, would stay again
I have stayed at ZaZa many times before. Every time I have stayed I have run into someone in the entertainment or sports world, it is definitely good for that. IT's small and boutiquey-like, which is good, but this past weekend it looked a little sparse over there. The hotel was going through some sort of maintenance I THINK. The rooms are great, the service at the front desk and concierge are great also (See Matt). Other than having someone charge drinks to my room at the hotel bar (an error that was immediately corrected) it was a good trip. I have stayed at the Galleria and the W and would definitely recommend ZaZa and will definitely be staying there again.

Trip Type: Business Review 5 of 103Trendy Hotel Good Value
The hotel is a nice hotel to saty at especially for me just walking distance to my office in Dallas. My only negative comments was regarding construction in the Restaurant which started under my room at 7AM in the morning that walk me up. Upon calling the front desk they pretending nothing is going on when in fact the restaurant is in sight of the front desk. I will stay in the hotel again

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 103Surprising Comfort
Front clerks were extremely pleasant along with a very comfortable room called the moulin rouge. The pool area was a little loud and a lewd couple made it uncomfortable for me to have my child there but I would certainly go back to this hotel.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 103Not for Relaxation
Great hotel for those ready to party. If you are going to relax, this is not the hotel for you. Pool area very small and VERY noisy. People yelling in the hallways at 3:30 in the morning.

Trip Type: Business Review 11 of 103ZaZa
Big name....little value. The carpets on the third floor hallway where my room was located smelled musty and dank. The hotel wireless intercom was dreadfully slow. The bar scene is very lively and the rooms are good sized and well-appointed. I have stayed in much nicer for less.

Trip Type: Business Review 14 of 103Hotel ZaZa - for a good time
Awesome place to stay. Very unique and the pool party rocked! My only complaint would be that housekeeping started knocking on the door at 8:30AM and it continued even after putting the "do not disturb" sign out - 5 times total.

Trip Type: Business Review 15 of 103Outstanding hotel with great location
The staff at Hotel ZaZa are very friendly and attentive. The restaurant, bar and pool at the ZaZa are top-notch! The bar attracts a very upscale, professional, and hip crowd. The location of the hotel is perfect. There's a Gold's Gym next door where you can work out for free as a hotel guest. There's a Sunstone Yoga just a block away. There are very nice restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely come back.
