Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 11Modern rooms- great location
The hotel is in a great area - around the corner from Rue Cler (cobble stone street with cafes and small food shops). It is a short walk to the Eiffel Tower or the metro . The rooms have a modern decore with comfortable beds, great showers and free Wifi. The staff is friendly and helped us out with making dinner reservations and arranging an airport shuttle. Next time we are in Paris we will stay here again.

Trip Type: Romance Review 2 of 11Great Neighborhood
The surrounding area was great. Supermarket across the street. Great bakery around the corner. Tons of restaurants in every direction. Metro 3.5 blocks away. Rooms very small.

Trip Type: Romance Review 3 of 11Great Location Teeny Bathrooms
The size of the bathroom was amazingly tiny. The shower was so tiny that a large man/woman might not be able to use it. I understand that Paris rooms are typically small and will take that as a given, but the shower especially was way too small. The staff should get very high marks EXCEPT for the last day when they called a cab for us (hours in advance)for a ride to the train station. When we went to the lobby at the appointed hour. they said there was a marathon foot race that morning and that the cabs were either delayed or could not run in our neighborhood. She said the couple in the lobby had been waiting for over an hour. I asked her why she didn't call and tell us earlier--she said she didn't know about it. Well she knew at least an hour before that. We ended up hastily hauling our luggage through two Metro stations to get to the station on time. Considering the cost of other hotels in the same area this one may be a bit overpriced. It was clean

Trip Type: Romance Review 4 of 11Great location! Steps away from Eiffel tower!
This hotel has a great location! Not only is it 5 min walking distance to the Eiffel Tower but there are plenty of cafes and little markets in the area. In addition, there is an awesome bakery in the corner of that street. Will definitely stay again in this hotel!!!

Trip Type: Romance Review 6 of 11Good
This hotel is in a really nice neighborhood. It is close to the Eiffel Tower, but not that close to many other attractions, such as Notre Dame. We walked to that area numerous times, but it wasn't exactly a short walk. Everything in the hotel was really new and clean. The room was small but nice. There was a grocery store across the street and a bakery at the end of the street, which were both convenient for breakfast. The only negative parts were that many of the staff didn't speak very good english, and there was loud construction going on on the street next to the hotel.

Trip Type: Romance Review 8 of 11Great place to stay
The hotel was in a great part of town. Close to Metro stop (3-4 blocks), Eiffel tower (8-9 blocks) and right in the middle of a great collection of small restaurants, open markets, and small shops. The hotel staff was exceptional. If fortunate to go to Paris again, I will stay here.

This is a lovely hotel in a very nice area of Paris near the Eifel Tower. Lawrence at the Front Desk is an absolute gem. Friendly, efficient and always eager to help! The rooms were just remodeled and are beautiful. Managment has plans to complete the renovation by upgrading the lobby and we can't wait to return to see it when it's all done. Would recommend to anyone!

Trip Type: Romance Review 10 of 11Very friendly and good location.
I thought we might get a room facing the eiffel tower, but none of the rooms have a good view anymore I've heard. The staff at the front desk where wonderful! I can't say this enough. There was a small market across the street, a cheese shop down the street and a bakery at the end towards the eiffel tower. The next street over toward the metro stop was a market street, which was very romantic around super time when everyone was going to the different shops to gather everything for their meal that night. Fresh everything!!! Best of all was the full size bath tub, I am 5'3" and hand about 6" to spare! The bed had only a hardish matress, no boxspring, but I think this is a common practice in Europe. Paris in the fall was amazing, I did not want to leave this hotel. ( Subway is about 5 blocks away bring directions.) when you get off the subway walk strait and when you see the map of paris ignore it, but walk across the street diagonly to the right and cross the first one and take the right onto the next. Then look for the street the hotel is on( to the right.)
