Great room for the money

During the extensive renovation there are 9 floors of the old Hilton look and the 10th floor of the "new" Hilton...we upgraded to the 10th floor and it was just fine. Make sure your driver knows that you are at the old Hilton Washington on Connecticut Ave. and not the nicer Hilton near DuPont Circle, which is where my shuttle driver dropped me off and there were some awkward moments (because of course they had no reservation there for me) and a cab ride to the right Hilton.

Good location, Adequate rooms

Hotel is undergoing renovation. We stayed in an older room - very small and cramped. Very limited television channel selection. Looking forward to seeing the new remodeled rooms.

Nice hotel

Hotel is excellent, nice neighborhood with lot's going on very nearby, and very near to Dupont Circle Metro station. Just be aware that hotel parking is $28.00 per day, and internet access is currently $12.95 per 24-hour period. No complaints, highly recommend.

I loved this hotel!

This hotel was amazing! Not too far but not too close! Metro is just a couple blocks away. Staff is amazing!

No problem with construction

I have an 11 year old son, and the construction took place just below us. He loved to watch them on the steel!

Pretty Good for a hotel under renovation

We stayed over labor day weekend. The room was great! Didn't experience any noise, or dust. Unfortunately the executive center was tiny and the a/c wasn't working. Also, I'm not so sure about a hotel's charging for internet access these days. I would think that they should find a way to include it in their room fee. We had an incident with the laundry service. A dress shirt was damaged, but the hotel quickly credited our account for the cost of the shirt.
