very clean and comfortable

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

rooms were clean, but smelled. pool was closed ( on the 103 degree day )the only day the kids could use it. we were told it would be open. won't make that mistake again. red lion failed to meet my expectations.

Compared to other Hotels in the area

The room price for this Hotel was not as expected and paid.

Needs Improvement

Some of the drawers wouldn't pull out because they were broken... An old TV with no DVD player... The ice machine by our room was out of order... There were bottles in the room as a greeting that would bill $2.00 each to your card if they were drank... Bad lighting... Heavy, sliding door to the balcony that was hard to open... This was not a bad hotel... There were just a few disappointments that could be improved...

The beds were so soft and lots of pillows. Get a room with a view.

Just Ok

Hotel was just ok but would not stay again. No room service after a certin hour and the hotel staff was not very friendly. Do not waste your time with the hotel bar on the top floor. They charge a cover charge (even for hotel guests) and the drinks are small and over priced.

we stayed on new year's and the price was great! the hotel rooms were nice and the club upstairs was fun as well. the only thing that could use improvement is the restaurant adjacent to the club. the food was sub par for the price.

Loud Bar!

When searching for hotels I noticed that some commentors talked about a loud bar downstairs. I chalked that up to overzealous people and booked the hotel anyway. These people could not have been more right!! There is a bar on the first floor that was EXTREMELY loud and the bass was pumping until 2:30AM. And this was on a Thursday night! Smokers would them come outside and talk loudly. The walls must be razor thin as we could hear them loud and clear from the 5th floor. How can a hotel seriously expect customers to sleep and be happy with that kind of atmosphere. If hotels in Vegas and other places can get rid of the sounds of a casino, this hotel should be able to get rid of the sounds of a bar. Absolutely terrible. At least the room was nice...

Good stay for the money

We have stayed here two years in a row now and the hotel is a good deal for the money. The restaurant is over priced, and the club is noisy. Just don't get a room overlooking the parking lot or you will be up all night listening to the partyers from the club.

Great room for the money

The hotel was really nice and clean. Service is good. The rooms and big. The staff was very nice.
