Good Hotel

We enjoyed our stay a lot. We liked the breakfast buffet for which we received free coupons and the price of the hotel was well worth it. We will stay there again.

Location

Great Location..very close to night clubs and restaurants.

Great room for the money

This hotel was good value for the money. My room was quite small for two people but fine for one person. Aside from a slight odor when I first entered, the room was clean. All the amenities were satisfactory. There was an extra charge for a refrigerator which I was unaware of when I booked the room. The hotel was in a fairly good location with an easy walk to a trolley stop and downtown was within walking distance if you like walking. I would not recommend the breakfast buffet in Cafe Olympus but the other breakfast options were good and not too expensive. Overall I was happy with the hotel.

Great room for the money

room was fine. However don't stay on the 12th floor due to the club above. The hotel staff was great, as soon as we called down regarding the noise they sent somebody up with new room keys.

Awesome room for the money

When I got there to check in they upgraded my room. It was not the room I had booked but I wasn't going to complain it was better then the one I booked. It was right under the sky bar where we wanted to go for our birthdays and after we went down to our room and you couldn't even hear the sky bar above us. The only thing was that the bathroom door knob didn't work but it was a great room. Very fun if you want to go have a good time and get away from kids.

Ok hotel for the distance

It was close enough to the airport and had shuttle service. Our room had a problem with the heat/air and remained hot. Maintenance did attempt to fix it, but it wasn't a permanent fix. If I am to stay in the area again I would look for another hotel.

Bad Service

I read all the reviews on hotels.com and thought the bad ones were exaggerated. They weren't! The service (front desk) was so terrible and unfriendly it cannot be overstated. I would not recommend staying here to anyone unless you get a great deal.

2 dollar tap water?

Upon entering the room of the hotel, we noticed two bottled waters with this written on the front (paraphrased); "Enjoy this bottled water, it will be added to your final bill." We decided to try one and found it to taste exactly like the tap water. In short, great hotel, but the water is not worth its declared price.

Hot and Noisey

When we arrived at this hotel they upgraded our room to a larger, nicer room. They didn't tell us that this room was located below the Sky Bar. Loud music played until 2 am. The room stayed VERY warm all night, we had to sleep with the windows open all night listening to the traffic. We were very disappointing. If we had this to do over, we would request a room AWAY from the sky bar and make sure the HVAC was operational. I would like to say everyone at the hotel was great and did a good job with what they had to work with.
