MCM Elegante Hotel & Suites

The outside looks a little dated, however once we walked in it was total change. We had a cabana room, I was very impressed. The beds were very comfortable. The flat screen tvs were a nice. I was shocked at the fact we had central heat and air, unlike most hotels that have those loud window units. The free breakfast was good too. They had a little of everything. Overall I was very satisfied, I will probably use this hotel again and recommend it to friends.

Big Fat Roach

Well....when we entered the room we were very pleased then we looked up and saw a huge roach.....one that looked like it could fly. It was soo big we thought it was a bird. My cousin (who is 6'3" and weighs 300+ lbs) knocked it down and tried to kill it and the roach was not going down easy. He stood on top of the roach and lifted his foot and the roach took off. He finally caught the roach and smushed it to smitterines and the front desk and happy to change our room to a different room...however...the first impression was already made. They gave us a $25 discount but we were still scared to sleep with the lights off and both eyes closed.

Always Great

we have stayed at the MCM 4 times this year. The rooms are very clean. Jacky, the hotel club bartender is awesome. Always remembers us and takes great care of us. The pool is always clean and the hot tub has towles ready for you when you get out. I come to Dallas once a month and will continue to return to tha MCM every time.

Needs repairs

It would be nice to know that you would be in an adjacent builing, not the hotel shown on the website, if you choose a Cabana suite. Those suites need to be improved as upon my visit, there were several safety concerns. The staff were not spirited, almost as if they wish they weren't working. The business center has only 2 computers..go figure the wait time. The one good thing I can say is that the breakfast was good, but I don't plan on any return trips.

Quality of Room was Great

The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend.

It was ok

Not in a good area, but I got a good price on the room so it was worth it. Any room with a balcony has an outside door...it is NOT a room in the main, tall building. A/C was broke, but it was fixed. Front desk was very friendly, along with the maintenance guy.

Great Hotel

For the price the room was Excellent. Kid size bed rocked, bath & body works soap and shampoo & a full breakfast buffet. Awesome pool as well. For some being in bed on the 5th floor looking down and being able to see hookers at the street corner may not be for everyone....but it was quite entertaining. lol Wonderful experience.

Great location next to good eating places. Nice rooms flat screen tvs and good breakfast in the morning. good bang for the buck.

Excellent value for the price! Great breakfast and very clean. We chose based on a reivew and were not disappointed!

Great Room For The Money

I feel comfortable recommending this hotel. It is conveniently located near the Dallas Love Field airport and the room was fine. This appears to be an older hotel, which may have been top of the line in it's day. However, it is in fine shape and we found absolutely nothing to complain about.
