Good for the money

Adequate hotel if you have a car. Very easy location. Big room and a very nice pool. Even fitness center was perfect. I would repeat without any doubt.

great room for the money.

Our room was very clean and comfortable.The room was was located by the pool, my kids loved this part of motel the best. and the complamentary breakfast was great.I personaly would stay again,The hotel is located in a good area with everything from restaraunts to attractions minutes away.

Not what we expected

hotel was dirty, food sat outside door for two days that didn't belong to us. It was there before we got there. The pool was closed for our stay. They were having to shock it. It was 100 degrees outside.

don't stay here!!!

It is not in a good location. It looks like they are trying to make this a nice hotel, but they are just covering up old crapy stuff. We had a huge cover up patch job in the ceiling of our bathroom. The doors are so thin you can hear everything that goes on in the hallways. All of this wouldn't have been a problem if i was paying $30 a night, but it was a problem for what I paid a night.

We Loved our stay!

My family and I were so pleased with the hotel! when we got there one of the tvs didn't work so we called the front office and they sent maintenance right up and he was really helpful and fixed it immediately. Also we found out we were only about 15 min from the galleria and there were lots of restaurants and gas stations around also. It was so easy to book the hotel with hotels.com. once you get to the hotel all you have to do is check in because you've already booked with hotels.com. Overall it was a great stay and we plan to stay there again in the future!

Great room for the money

Needs Help

Wasn't a 4 star like they advertise. They breakfest was good, that was about it. The beds were hard, and the room needed some repairs. Disappointed.

Nice Hotel, Good Location, Beds Uncomfortable, Hot Water Issues

The room itself was nice but after 3 nights our backs were sore. The bed was uncomfortable. We had booked the Basic Room with the Sleep Number bed but was given the 12" pillow top bed room. We experienced a burst pipe and was told at 9am the water would be warm in 40 mins. By noon, after hanging around all morning, we washed in cold water. The pipe was still be worked on. Next morning we learned, only by accident that the Hot Water would be off again between 10am and 11.30am. Disappointed where the notices were placed, inconspicuously. The hotel staff were not the most pleasant, but the restaurant staff were great! Breakfast buffet was good.
