Great room & location for the cost

The hotel is older so when we arrived we were hesitant. We were pleasantly surprised with our room and enjoyed the comfort of it. It was also nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The warm free breakfast every morning was also a plus. The location was perfect because everything that we did was within 30 minutes or less of the hotel. The front desk staff were helpful when we asked for directions and other things. Overall it was a nice stay and we would stay here again.

Great room for the money

Loved the free breakfast buffet, very central location to downtown dallas.

This hotel was one of the best stay ever.

My husband and I like this hotel so much that we stay every Saturday he refuse to go anywhere else. The beds are pillow tops and are really comfortable. We also enjoy the hot breakfast buffet. The atmosphere is also nice. I really recommend this hotel.

Nice room for the money.

The room was very nice, everything was clean, neat and well kept. Housekeeping did a great job everyday, even changed the sheets everyday. My only issue was I thought I was getting a pool side cabana, but got a room overlooking the pool. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel, excellent price

This is a nicely remodeled older hotel.The bathrooms are smallish, but well appointed w/name brand boutique toiletries. It was very easy to find and in a nice neighborhood close to plenty of restaurants and shops. My only complaint is with the maid service. I left a tip in the envelope provide w/ a request for extra coffee and creamer. She took the tip alright, but left no extras!! They did immediately send up the item when we called the front desk, however. All in all it was a great weekend getaway.

Very nice

When I picked the Elegante, I was ready for something a little bit more fancy, but considering the price, it was fantastic. The elegante in my home town is about twice the price of this one, and the only big difference is the pool and hot tub are outside here, and inside at the one I'm near. My husband and I had a very nice stay, and everyone that worked there was very friendly.

Wonderful Hotel

My husband and I thought the reviews of this hotel were pretty good and we couldn't pass up the bargain. We stayed 3 mights here and were impressed with the hotel. First we got a cabana suite, but you have to go outside to get to it, which we didn't like, but they happily moved us to the standard room which was just as nice and in some ways nicer! The room was very spacious with a couch, office, and coffee table, they had a nice flat screen TV, very comfy beds(and I'm 28 weeks pregnant and they were still comfortable), and the microwave, fridge and coffee pot (with Starbucks coffee) was very convenient! The staff was extremely friendly and location worked out great. Also, the breakfast was very delicious and had sooo many things to chose from. We plan to stay there again in the future and recommend it to everyone. ps: I love the bath and body works soaps and lotions!! They had coconut lime verbena which is one of my favorite smells!!

Great space

We stayed in a Cabana Suit. It was a great amount of space.We could have used a microwave though. The staff was very friendly. The Hotel was nice. I would recomend it. I could tell they were working to make more improvements.

Great price for quality and condition!!!!

Stayed here for Valentines day with my wife. She was very impressed with the room though we never heard of this hotel before. Room was nice and big. The breakfast was pretty much the best breakfast I have ever had at an hotel!!! Lot's to choose from!!! Will be visiting again!!!

Outstanding Hotel

The hotel liked to boast about their beds, stating that they were the most comfortable around. They were right about that. I had the best nights sleep. The breakfast was great too. The had hot eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes and more. The staff was really nice.

The hotel was just fine! People were very nice, and it was about 5 minutes from downtown!

Very comfy

This was a last minute book, so I was not only pleased w/the price but the hotel was more than I expected. I was very happy w/the comfort of the room, the convenience w/the refrigerator and microwave and the complimentary breakfast buffet. I will remember this for future needs.
