Great room for the money

Great value for the money. Buffet breakfast was plentiful. Staff provided separate meeting room access in the evening for no additional charge. Prompt Love Field airport shuttle service.

Great room for the money

The Hotel was nice and was convenient for our needs. However, the second night we stayed there were some very loud and rowdy guests that kept us up late. We complained three different times, but hotel security was not very aggressive about the situation.

Great Hotel

This hotel is perfect for the weekend traveler or the weekly guest. I have been a guest of this hotel for almost a month now. I have to say, the staff is great! Housekeeping cleans your rooms everyday and places clean towels in bathroom and puts clean sheets on the beds. The buffet breakfast is very good and free. The staff and waitresses are very friendly and always are willing to help you get exactly what you need. The bed is very comfortable. The dinner menu is excellent and the food is perfect, whether you want a burger or steak. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends who are coming to Dallas or who need a place to stay for a while. The high speed internet is flawless, and free! The location of the hotel is great because you have easy access to any of the major highways that travel through the Dallas area. My only disappointment is there is no HBO.

OK Room for the money

The room was ok. I expected more from a 4 star hotel. Customer Service was just not what you expect from a 4 star. Dissapointed to say the least. If it wasnt for the great price I received I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Not Bad

For what I paid for the room this Hoyle was very gold. The price wasn't to bad it has all the modern stuff and a good staff.

Dallas Market Center visit

Pleasent hotel within easy reach of the June Market at DMC. Buffet breakfast is included and convenient. Room is a bit noisy since it is freeway close and the a/c is a bit loud. Good value. Clean. I'd stay here again.

Outstanding Hotel

The rooms were very comfortable. The only problem was requested 2 beds per room and at checkin the hotel only had single bed per room which would have been a problem if one of our party had not drop out at the last minute.

Excellent Place To Stay

If you look close, you can tell that this hotel is an older hotel, but they have definitely kept this hotel up to date with all the latest amenitities. The cleanliness is evident from the moment you walk in the front door. The staff, from the front desk to the kitchen, are the most courteous I have met. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and co-workers.

Needs improvement..

The room was clean, and the rate was good, but the bed was way too soft. And after sleeping on the bed for two nights, we left early, instead of staying the last night! My back and my husbands back couldn't take another night...

Will definitely stay there again!

Very friendly staff. Nice restaurant in the lobby with a bar n grill attached next door. Starbucks across the street!
