Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 7Enjoyed modern feel
I enjoyed the unique and modern feel of the hotel. I appreciated that the front desk told me about the nearby public parking lot which was much cheaper than valet parking. I appreciated that the front desk suggested to buy an all day public transportation pass. I would have liked to know up front that parking costs were not included in my hotel price that I prepaid for. I was disappointed that they did not give me the wake up call that I requested. I was also disappointed to discover that the deposit for incidentals would stay on my credit card for 10 business days after leaving the hotel. I would have liked to know that up front.

I loved staying at this hotel. The staff was wonderful, the location was perfect for shopping and dining and the tranquil vibe was very cool. Having a kitchen was a great bonus.

Trip Type: Family Review 3 of 7Great Gem in Toronto
Great Location, and very unique modern suites. Having Kitchen was handy. Parking was a little awkward as they only had off-site Valet, and I wish we had a better view, but overall wonderful hotel and would stay again.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 7Nice Hotel
Nice, clean hotel, which has a spa like feeling. They have daily meditation classes every night and will ask you what type of incense you'd like in your room. They even put a rock on your pillow during turn down service (we had an onyx, which meant powerful and masculine, haha:) These were really great touches. Our room was on the 25th floor and we had a fabulous view of the CN Tower. The hotel was in the St. Lawrence District close to the St. Lawrence market, but unfortunately it was closed on both Sunday and Monday, the time we were there. Eaton Center, their big mall is not even 3 blocks away. For the price, the Cosmo is definitely recommended. The only draw back is the $35 a day valet.

Loved the front desk staff. Very, very helpful in giving directions and suggestions, also when lost backpack in taxi they call all the taxi companies and I actually got the backpack returned the next day with nothing missing. Also loved the incense and gift rock left each night to help relax and enjoy our stay. Did not like the couch as not very comfortable but all in all wonderful stay.
