Great Time

I enjoyed the stay. The service was excellent and I had a great view of the pool and the ocean. I would stay here again.

Good Stuff

Hotel pool area is great, one of the better ones in South Florida. The food is quite good as well and the staff mostly courteous; especially considering the number of events happening in the hotel that particular weekend. The only complaint was that there were issues with the plumbing in the bathroom, but fairly minor overall.

Excellent hotel

The pool area is nicer than I expected. Rooms are incredibly clean and the grounds are well manicured.

Customer Service needs to be greatly improved.

Maintenance of the room (A/C, Shower, cleanliness) needs to be improved. When I spoke with management, they were very unresponsive. Also, when privacy tag was put on the door, employees just entered. Again, management was very unresponsive. Extra charges were added. They charged taxes upon their parking fees when the signs stated that taxes were included. Again, management was unresponsive.

Watch Out for the Bait and Switch on Tower Rooms

The hotel was great. We planned our vacation with another couple who arrived a day before we did. We had both reserved rooms in the tower. When our friends arrived, they told them their room was not yet ready, however, they had an even better, newer room in another section of the hotel. Our friends agreed to accept the other room. When we arrived the next day, the front desk told us the same thing. We told them we would stick with our original reservation and would wait for the room in the tower. When our friends saw how much better our room was (included a huge balcony with a fabulous view), they went back to the front desk and made them honor the original reservation (which the did). While we were waiting in line to speak with the front desk personnel, we overheard them giving the same speech to another hotel customer. Don't fall for it. The tower rooms are fabulous.

Not what I expected

I felt like I was at a cheaper hotel when I arrived in my room. We were told we would have rooms close by our friends however they were about 25 rooms apart or more. We also had problems at first with our key not being activated and having to go back to the desk to reactivate it to open our door. The room was less than grand. I felt like it was more of a motel than a hotel room. The bathroom had dirt and mold in the corner of the shower. Also the door to the balcany was very difficult to open. The rest of the hotel was nice.

Needs improvement

The pool and common areas are great. Staff was great. But the rooms need to be upgraded. Surrounding neighborhood doesn't offer much for restaurants, and neither does hotel. Nice, but not worth the money they charge.

I got everything i wanted and more in my hotel for the money i paid. Overall a great hotel to stay in.
