Great experience

This was my first visit to Dallas and I will definitely return. I was upgraded to a beautiful king suite after being given a room with a view of an unfinished building. The entire staff was helpful in giving directions, friendly and promptly answered most request. The only thing missing was a coffee pot in my room. The hotel did not have any available for guest but room service will gladly deliver a carafe for the price of 3 large lattes plus a service charge and gratuity. The rooms, accented by exquisite decorations, large soaking tubs and oversized windows, convey the image of a true luxury hotel. The location is seconds from restaurants, shopping, a movie theatre and museums.

Outstanding hotel

We loved staying at the Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa. Only stayed one night, so we didn't get a chance to use the spa services, but we loved everything about the hotel. Anthony, a concierge, was amazing! He recommended 2 restaraunts in the area that both were excellent, and he even took us and picked us up in the courtesy van to the concert that we were in town for. Plan to go back soon and stay longer. The only negative thing about the hotel is they don't have rooms with 2 beds.

Great Hotel/Parking Sucks

Hotel was great, but when you pay that much for a room and then have to pay for parking also.....

Great Staff

We had an amazing stay at the Stoneleigh. Having visited it before their extensive remodel, it was amazing to see what had been to the hotel and rooms. Anthony the concierge and Tony at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. We recommended the Stoneleigh to some friends who were celebrating their anniversary the week after we got home and they stayed and never left the hotel! Can't wait for the pool to be done.

Spectacular Hotel and Staff!

We only had a one night stay at the Stoneleigh, but as soon as we pulled up to the valet, we knew it was going to be outstanding! Everyone was so nice! After we checked in, we went up to our room for the best surprise yet--the room was unbelievable--clean, modern, spacious--made us want to go home and remodel! We had a special event that the hotel staff went out of their way to arrange for us with a special driver. I wish we were staying longer (to enjoy more nights of the chocolates they put on your bed at night). This will be our only hotel to stay in during visits to Dallas. I can not put into words how remarkable this hotel was during out stay. Don't miss an opportunity to be thoroughly impressed!
