Loved it!

This is the second time I have stayed at The Stoneleigh I was just as impressed the second time. I will come back again and again. The service is awesome ... the rooms are quiet ... and the beds are very comfortable. Try the spa ... it was excellent!

The New Stoneleigh

I have been staying at the Stoneleigh for years (pre-remodel). I couldn't believe the makeover, both in and outside of the rooms. Total upgrade and far exceeded my expectations. They moved the bar into the lobby and expanded the dining room downstairs. The room was very comfortable and spacious and did not have any of the "quirks" the old Stoneleigh had. Everything was fresh and clean and nice. Even had a robe laid out on the bed for me when I arrived late. This is one of the best deals in DFW. Plus the Stonleigh P is a great hangout just across the street.

Nice renovation, great location

Great neighborhood, beautiful renovation, eager service. Definitely not a 5-star, given the terrible drinks at the bar and the thin walls, but overall a very nice hotel. Great location, with good restaurants and bars in every direction. Comfortable, well-appointed room.

My Home in Dallas

I am the CEO of a new start up in Dallas; however, I live in Seattle. I have now stayed at the hotel twice and have enjoyed it thoroughly. Rooms are great! Love the design and comfort. Restaurant is great. Breakfast service crew is phenomenal. Good folks. Allan...or was it Adam... at the front desk is wonderful. Valet guys are nice and speedy. Three challenges: some of the front desk folks are not that friendly...it is that attitude like we are a cool hotel and you should feel privledged to be here. I called to see about a monthly rental as well as booking the penthouse suite and I never received a return call from the sales person even though I called twice and was staying in the hotel at the time. Bar guys are really nice guys, but are understaffed. Service was slow even when the bar was not that full. To a certain degree it is not their fault though, but managements. Other than those three issues, I love the place. I have stayed in every hotel in Uptown and for best value the Stoneleigh has it. Highly recommend!
