Great Value

The best value in London. If you have interest in historical aspects of The City this is a great location. It was very close to the Old Grey Lady of Threadneedle, The Royal Exchange, and the Lloyds building. We enjoyed exploring the alley ways behind the hotel, apparently there's a ghost. We stayed on a bank holiday weekend so finding food had to be done farther a field, but the hotel is very close to bus and Tube.

Great Location

We were a little worried because of the other comments that it was a bit out of the way and that the neighborhood was dead at night. We didn't think so at all. The Metro station is right there and it is so easy to just jump on and get to where ever you need to go. The neighborhood is quite lively Monday - Friday night, but not much is happening on Sat. or Sun. We just chose to go into the city those nights, so it just wasn't an issue.

Nice Hotel

This is a wonderful business hotel. We had an eight year old with us for a pleasure trip. After the weekly business is over it's a very quiet hotel, beware of this, there are very few eating establishments open over the weekend. The restaurant is nice but unusual and not designed for children.
