Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 11Great room for the money
The room was very nice, and better than we expected for the price. All of the room furnishings looked like they had been recently updated. The exercise room could use an equipment update, but it was still usable.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 11Not as advertised
Nice location and near the airport....also the rate was the cheapest I found, but the hotel was not as nice as advertised. Also the lighting was sub-standard in the rooms, breakfast could have been much better, the towels were very rough, the rooms were small with old appliances. The entire hotel was very uncomfortable. The hallways were dark and old looking, like an old middle school. There were no elevators to get to rooms, just a lot of walking. Room service walked in on our room at 9am our first night after barely knocking once. Overall, this hotel was nothing like advertised. I am writing this now because I waited for the person checking us out to ask how our stay was......and that never happened. She just said "you're done"

I was very pleased with the hotel room. The room was very clean and the and the hotel service was very good. The rooms were cleaned every day. The bathrooms where very nice, and this is one thing I look for in a hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 6 of 11Good value
This hotel was not easy to find. Signage directing you could be larger and more prominent. It is close to major highways. Room was clean and quiet. Nice to have covered parking as well. Overall a nice stay

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 11Convenient Location
The hotel was located next to the airport. It was convenient for people flying in and out of St. Louis. The hotel did have a bar and the bartender was really kind to me. The pool was located in the courtyard so that I could see what was going on.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 11Strange set up
The hotel lobby was nice, but walking to the room was weird. You go through a strange hallway that is on the outer edge of the building and it is glass between you and the parking lot. While the lobby was nice, the rest of the place wasn't very pretty, and the beds are incredible uncomfortable. For us, it was just a place to sleep so it met our needs. Having Wi-Fi was very convinient though.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 9 of 11I was pretty satisfied
The room was very nice. I slept well and it was close to the attractions I was interested in. Complaints: - They had no type of room service or hot fresh food. The "Bistro" sold microwave style sandwhiches, chips, and cheap nachos. If you wanted real food, you actually had to get out, nothing was convieniently close. - Each desk clerk operated by their own policies: i.e. My boyfriend's name was on the reservation with me, I was already in the room when he checked in but the parking situation required him to get a key so he could get in a side entrance. The clerk refused him a key. I called the desk from the room, she still argued with me even though she saw his name, I was calling from the room, and he had an ID. She wasn't allowed to just give anybody a key. The next night we'd locked our key in the room and walked in. I said I lost my key and gave my room number. A clerk made me a key without asking for the name on the room or for my ID. WHAT! Some of the staff were quite annoying. Praises: Byron was really nice. Great to work with.
