Needs Improvement

Bed was hard and uncomfortable, no blanket. Orange stains on the floor. Didnot sleep. I put a chair in front of the door. Start itching immediatly. Start to check out and go to another hotel, i was waiting for someone to pick me up who was traveling 200 hundred miles. So i decided to weigh it out.

St. Louis stay before Cruise trip

Great location and room. Great price so close to the airport and to have the shuttle service. The shuttle drivers to and from the airport went out of their way to help. Would definetly consider staying again.

Ok hotel

Recently stayed at this hotel during a road trip and it was far better than we expected, especially for the price we paid.

Great room for the money.

Hotel was nice but difficult to find, even with Gogglemap instructions. The Lindbergh Bistro was smoky - it did not have a "no smoking" area.

needs signals

good ample room, clean and comfortable, but difficult to get from the airport, needs better signals on how to get there.

Great value for the money

Excellent location to airport and off site car rental lots (10)minutes either way King size bed was very comfortable. Room was clean Free use of internet Free continental breakfast was very good with lots of choices

Great Hotel!!!

Great hotel, great price but I little bit difficult to get there.

Hard to find

Even with a GPS unit, it was very difficult to get to. Once there, we parked to car in covered parking and took the shuttle to the airport the next morning. The desk staff and the shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful. If you have any physical limitations or are traveling alone you may want to ask for a first floor room. There is no elevator and there are several unconnected builings with a courtyard to cut across that isn't very well lit. Upon our return it took two calls and about a 45 minute wait for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Once back at the hotel the driver tooks us to our car on the second level of the parking garage.

Great hotel

I enjoyed my stay there. It was a little confusing getting back on the highway but once I knew my way around it wasn't a problem.

Airport Shuttle

We were a little hesitant of leaving our car there and using the airport shuttle. But for five dollars a day, you get a security camera and security personel surveillance in addition to terrific curbside service to the airport. When flying out of STL from a distance, their airport shuttle service is the way to go!

Good for the money

The hotel was a bit out of the way due to the roads in the area being changed but that is not a bad thing.
