Excellent Hotel

Loved this hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The business center was nice and so was the gym.

Comfortable for the price

Comfortable room. Directions to the hotel on the website are not correct. Breakfast was just the basics but nice. No extra frills but okay for the price.

Overrated

The description is not what you get. The hotel is hard to get to, out dated and the staff can care less about your stay. Check out is 12:00 and a maid just walks in at 745am no knocks just hello. The breakfast was a joke, stale bread, cereal and a hard boiled egg. When we went to check out they just staired at us like we were interupting them. I sujest staying at the Ramada across from the hwy.

Older Hotel but Nicely Remodeled

Slightly hard to get to off the freeway, but very close to airport and rental car co did drop us off at hotel after returning rental car night before leaving for airport. Hotel itself has been added on to and is a bit older but well maintained but kind of spaced out where you have to walk a ways down many hallways from the lobby to reach the room. Worst criticisms - wireless does not work well in the rooms, but there is a good area off the lobby in which to work. Also breakfast is from 6-9 instead of going til 10AM which was less convenient for us.

great value, rockin' indian food

Similar accomodations to the hotels up the street and around the corner for half the price. (and I like those hotels!) Staff is professional, courteous, and has a sense of humor. Also, the adjoining building has a fantastic indian restaurant on the 11th floor with a view of the runway. It's not 5 star, but I don't need that when I travel for business. Just keep it clean, feed me breakfast and give me internet please. Would definitely stay again.

Not bad for the price.

I spent a week for a special rate. At that price, is not bad at all. But at their regular prices, they are asking to much for the comfort and service.o

OK for the money

I guess you get what you pay for. The room was inexpensive but the hotel is old and outdated. The free breakfast was not that great either.

Needs improvement

Hotel was very convenient to the airport and the check in clerk was very friendly. However, the pillows on the bed were rock hard and there wasn't additional bedding on the beds. Only quilt and sheet, nothing in between. Once arriving home we had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle because the conceriege was very rushed as to where we were supposed to wait.

Use the directions on the website. Navigator and GPS don't seem to be able to find this hotel due to recent reconstruction of major highways nearby.
