Little bit of both sides

Well, the location was a nightmare to be sure. But it had plenty of surrounding restaurants which was nice since we were there a few days. The man at the desk was a little.... vile i guess. the room was nice and clean and was a really good price as well, but the surrounding area was...... umm lol uninviting

Clean , every kind on eating place within walking distance and not to far from the road to Tooele.Would recommend!

Needs Improvement

The clerk at the hotel wsn't much help checking in. She gave us the wrong room number and when we went to tell her about it she said "oh it wasn't me who wrote the number down". When we came back to the hotel the next night our room hadn't been cleaned. I went downstairs, and spoke to the same not happy clerk, and she basically told me "here's some towels, I will tell someone your room wasn't cleaned". Ok price, very bad customer service!!

Busy Hotel

This hotel is very busy. They had a good breakfast. Unfortunately, we didn't sleep well at all. The beds are extremely hard and the pillows are flat. There was a party going on above us and people kept running the hallways late at night. We have kids so I would expect to be given a room away from the teenage party-goers. If you are in a pinch, it'll work.

Great Hotel

Was close to events and friends. Was convenient for what we need. Was clean and comfortable. Had a great breakfast and hotel personnel spoke english and were easy to communicate with.
