Great for the Money

I was totally impressed with the hotel. The bed was so comfy and the room was very nice. The staff was very accomodating to everything. The only complaint was the pool area. The room the pool was in was very hot and the pool was very very cold. But, that was a minimal problem.

Not too bad, not too good.

The staff was nice, the lobby was clean, and the breakfast wasn't bad. However, the beds were much smaller than stated and the front desk didn't do much about the noisy group down the hall. The location was close to the freeway so unless you know your way around you're going to end up turning onto I 15 a lot since the road ends on it. The restaurants near by are good but the neighbor hood is literally old buildings that no one uses and a few other hotels. You get what you pay for.

Great room

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and quietness of this hotel. It was so close to places to eat and entertainment. Parking was great and the staff were so very friendly. Their continental breakfast made a hit with my husband. We would definately stay there again when we want a weekend away.

Very poor customer service ....

The Front desk manager admitted that his staff made a huge mistake and then in the process of trying to figure out what to do, tears up a paper that I presented to him. I asked for the manager and he told me to 'deal with it' and 'call the district manager if I had a problem'. I began staying there and was happy the first few times, I will never stay at a baymont again and suggest if you expect good customer service and you have to deal with the front desk manager you should go some place else!!
