The stay was nice....internet experience was pricy.... can't get wireless in the room....VERY INCONVIENIANT ... a wired hookup cost 10 bucks a day... i don't like paying for internet in hotels... it should be free these days.... my room was setup wierd with the TV on the sides of me, very hard to watch like that.... room was clean... priced just right... good restaurant just downstairs..very convieninent.. not expensive....overall... I would recommend... jim

Way to far on cut backs!

The only thing you were getting for the high price of the room was the room. I was not happy with my stay this year and will stay somewhere else next year!

"More than what i paid"

The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. Only need would be to have microwaves in room to be able to reheat food. But overall great service.

Nice

Nice hotel a little loud at a couple points at night b/c of fire truck, ambulance, or police sirens. Other than that pretty good...

Helpful employees

Being out of town, they gave me great suggestions about where to get dinner and even told me how to find those places. It was a great help because the weather was turning nasty and I just wanted to zip out and be back quickly before the rain came down. They were very knowledgeable able close places to eat that were both quick and affordable

Suggest self-parking be included in hotel fee without being an additional exoense.

Great spot for a convention

We had a great stay at the Sheraton. It is literally right across the street from the convention center on one side and great outlets on the other. Our room was very comfortable and quiet and the staff was very accommodating (my leg was in a cast at the time) When we left I accidentally left my GPS on the desk and checked out. We went shopping for a few hours before driving home. We did not realize we had left it until we got to the car. We returned to the desk, they promptly found the GPS and returned it in less than 5 minutes! There is no gambling at this hotel, but most of the casinos are within walking distance (for some one with 2 good legs, we took a cab). I would stay here again.

Great hotel, great location!!

I recommend this hotel to everybody! I loved this hotel, is in the perfect location! all the outlets are right around the corner and the convention center is connected to the hotel(if you are going to a meeting there is perfect) I stayed in the club king room and the view was amazing! everything was clean! the service was perfect! and besides breakfast and the snacks in the afternoon, you have the restaurant and the bar! the best part is that with hotels.com I paid half or the regular price!!!!!
