Best Value?????????

This hotel is obviously undergoing change. The lobby was a mess - chairs and tables in the dining room didn't match (first impressions!). The room was basically clean but someone had spray painted and painted right on the pictures on the wall. The carpet was nasty (my bare feet were dirty after walking on it). There was hair on the bathroom floor - definitely not mine! So, if it is just a bed in the dead of night and you are waking up and leaving, it may be your place.

Much nicer than expected

The price was so reasonable I was ready to be disappointed. Very friendly, just don't bother with coffee in lobby it was water. Overall a very pleasant surprise and I would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

NO FRILLS. BIG ROOM. SUPER FOR THE PRICE. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND IT WAS EASY FREEWAY ACCESS AND REAL CONVENIENT PLACE TO STAY IN THE NORTH HOUSTON AREA

Outstanding Hotel, indoor pool, hot tub, large rooms

We had a great time. We even had a one year old that had plenty of room to toddle around and play. The room that we had also had a sitting area with a love seat and coffee table. The room was nice and cool. I have no complaints.

Great For the Price

We checked online for a good Hotel at a reasonable rate in the area. The Best Value Inn had the most wonderful comments. We decided as we were staying an entire weekend to give it a try. The Hotel was a little difficult to find given the construction, but not impossible. The staff was extremely helpful. I liked the limited access. The room was clean, spacious, and well laid out. The bathroom was a good size (very important) with great lighting. If we are ever in the area for an event, we will absolutely be staying there.

GREAT PLACE! CHEAP!!

This was a great find I picked it for location the price was cheap so I was leary I found the management to be pleasant and extremely accomodating. the rooms were large and clean and comfortable I would and have recomdended it

It Really is the Best Value

This Hotel was very clean, comfortable, and for the price the room was pretty big with a small fridge, microwave and breakfast table. The best Value Inn truly was the best value I've had in a hotel in a long time. I would recommend to anyone looking to save a few bucks on their hotel accomodations.

Great room for the money

I planned to go to Houston for a surprise visit with my daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren, but the motel where I usually stayed no longer existed. After searching for "Name Brand" places in the area, I decided to go to Hotels.com. I read the reviews for Best Value Inn and decided to try it. What a pleasant surprise! The room was very big, clean and only a few miles from my daughter's home. Surrounded by dozens of eateries, an indoor pool and free WiFi, I was in heaven. The staff was very pleasant and did me a big favor. After my visit I realized I left some important documents somewhere in my room. I called after the room had been cleaned and the staff said that if they found the documents they would mail them to me in New York. Three days later the documents arrived by mail. Now that's service!

Great Hotel Especially for the Price

The hotel is centrally located around both fast food and dine-in restaurants. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was large and comfortable. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
