Best Western Downtown Vancouver

Worth the money

This hotel is great over all. However, my room was next to one of the heater units, so was louder than ideal. I waited to go to the hot tub in the morning - and it had just been drained. Wish I would have known this soon, and I would have gone the night before instead.

Clean, convenient, good bargain

Room was very clean. Everything worked! There were no disappointments or negatives at all.

Oustanding Hotel

Great location....

nice little sauna

But they're building 'Canada Mile' for the Olympics right out front, and that is inconvenient for getting around in a car. Makes for a good walk, though.

Great room for the money

My only disappointment was that the jacuzzi was being refilled when I went to use it. If I had known that was planned the evening before, I would have gone then. Otherwise, I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff.

Drake Street

It was excellent. Proximity to everything that I wanted. There was good blues & jazz, good restaurants, access to the harbor via Aquabus.. Also Granville Island was nearby. Staff were only too pleased to help. I am going back at my next visit. On site restaurant was good with reasonable pricing.

Great value

This hotel is very modern and clean. The surrounding area could offer more in terms of restaurants, but overall it is a decent location. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Hotel also provided a dropoff shuttle service that is very handy.

the staff was great!!...very helpful..downtown shuttle was a real plus..and got a tour en route with the shuttle....it was a really good experience

Better than expected

We stayed at the Best Western Downtown Vancouver on a recent business trip. Although the hotel wasn't very close to where the meetings were being held, the free downtown drop-off shuttle saved me lots of taxi fare. The staff at the Best Western are so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay there again.
