Great Location

They need to do something about the AC. It either blows full and freezing or not at all and gets hot quickly. Made sleeping difficult.

Poor Service, Political

Hotels should be based on customer service not political bias. We we tried to complain that they carried every cable news network other than Fox, they refused to provide me with a comment card, holding up a stack of similar complaints and indicating that they didn't want to hear that complaint anymore.

Needs some improvement, but good location

I had requested a room with two double beds. Instead, I was given a bed with a queen size bed and a roll away bed for the entire 3 nights of my stay. I was told that they don't have to guarantee me the room I booked and since there was a wedding party staying at the hotel, they would be unable to fulfill my room reservation. Rooms were incredibly small, so having the roll away in the room was incredibly difficult to maneuver around and have a place to put the luggage. The location was excellent if you are looking for something close to the Metro in a nice neighborhood. Staff was not very friendly or accommodating, though to their credit they covered the cost of the roll away. This hotel was not horrible; however, I did not have the kind of experience I expect from Hilton Hotels. Consequently, I would not recommend the hotel to others, especially if they have other options available.

Great Location

The hotel was in a good location. It was quiet and had some nice shopping and restaurants within walking distance. It was a challenge to find. Hotels.com, please update your directions to approach the hotel from I-66. Once we ditched the car, we had a great time. Hotel condition is lacking.

Great Hotel and Greater location

The room was excellent with a gorgeous view of DC and surrounding Georgetown. Didn't stay much inside but when we had a power outage, the servicemen fixed it immediately. Overall, my stay was a very pleasant one and would definitely stay there again or refer the hotel to anyone else.

Excellent

Although the rooms was perfect, clean, very nicely decorated and superb amenities - the best part of my stay was the staff at the hotel from check-in; restaurant - all of the employees were extraordinary.

Hotels.com gets second-class service

With a pre-paid and non-refundable reservation, this hotel had no incentive to provide customer service. And they didn't. The hotel was in the midst of renovations (not reflected in the reservation website) and the room was next to one of the rooms being renovated. Room was tiny, and they changed the room numbers during mid-stay - requiring a 10:00 trek back to the hotel lobby for new electronic keys. It might be a nice hotel, but not when you book through a service like hotels.com.

Good Value

High end, luxury hotel at affordable price. Well maintained. Customer service was OUTSTANDING. We requested a non-smoking room and the last available one smelled like tobacco, so they upgraded us to a suite at no additional cost. Very courteous and helpful staff. We would stay there again.

Oustanding Hotel

Hotel was perfect in every way. The location could not have been better. The entire staff was above average. The hotel was always maintained and clean. I will have no hesitation in the future to book there again!
