Great Hotel!

Although we were a little ways away from the main strip, there is nothing bad i can say about this hotel. The room was gorgeous! The staff were very pleasant and helpful! The valet was respectful, punctual, and understanding. We did not get a chance to eat at the buffet but I heard that it was great! We did try the little diner up and across the street (with green awning) and the food there was excellent and in abundance. The room was priced great too!

Needs Improvement

Our stay was just O.K. as we felt the hotel could have been better priced considering that it is located a short walk from an extremely run-down part of town. The surrounding area did not feel safe. As far as the hotel staff, we found them to be a bit discourteous.

Great Across the board

this hotel was fabulous. Love the decor and the comfort of the room. I remember this hotel used to be the Days Inn but Marriot has done an incredible job of reconstructing it. The woman at the check in desk was extremely prompt with greeting me and checking me in and very sweet.

Not that close to the Boardwalk

I thought the hotel was closer to the Boardwalk than what it was.

Nice option close to the Boardwalk

Not a bad hotel at a (relatively) reasonable price. The description says it's 1 block from the Boardwalk--it's more like two, but it's still quite close and definitely nearby some of the big-name hotels. The hotel is well-maintained and the staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and moderately appointed. If you're driving down be prepared to pay for valet parking unless you want to take your chances on the street.

Very Pleased

The hotel was great. It was very clean and service was great. Location was good, very close to boardwalk and Taj Mahal hotel.

Great Hotel for the money

The Courtyard Marriot is a classy stay in Atlantic City.

Good hotel at a good price

This hotel offers clean and modern rooms, a convenient location and great rates. I was able to find a good price at very short notice. The hotel itself is nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and the location is close to the boardwalk. The room that I got was quiet and comfortable. The hotel doesn't have a casino, but it's great if that doesn't matter to you. The neighborhood immediately surrounding the hotel isn't the nicest, but it isn't terrible either. I would stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel, but...

The hotel and overall stay there was pretty nice except the fact that we didn't have power in our room for over an hour and we were getting ready to go out for 4th of July celebrations so that kinda ruined our plans... Other than that, I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
